Cocktail bar not at all obvious and very pleasant. Initially we were a little skeptical given the particular methodology for choosing the drink, but then Giuseppe was able to put us completely at ease, so that we completely changed our minds!! Excellent drinks, huge choice, appetizers Delicious gourmet! I recommend it for a different experience than usual, a little more stimulating. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for a few weeks to celebrate a friend of ours' birthday. The boy who served us was very knowledgeable and recommended a cocktail each according to everyone's personal tastes. I must say that the result was very interesting! It is possible to order small dishes to accompany the drink. Very pleasant evening, highly recommended by Travelumbria!

Sono stata più volte in questo locale ed è sempre una garanzia. I cocktail sono creati in maniera personalizzata, sulla base dei gusti del cliente, non esiste infatti una drink list. Un plauso a tutto il personale, sempre gentile e sorridente. Possibilità di stuzzicare piatti veloci, ma comunque gustosi. La location è un po' nascosta, eppure l'atmosfera è così tranquilla e coinvolgente che è impossibile da penalizzare.

Cocktails meravigliosi, basta farsi sorprendere dal barista con qualcosa di sua fantasia e non sarete delusi. Ho assaggiato anche le loro polpette di polpo e posso dire di essere pienamente soddisfatta della diversitá di scelta e della qualitá di quello che ho mangiato. L'unica pecca è lo scalino della pedana all'entrata sia prima e soprattutto dopo aver gustato i loro magnifici drink: puó creare incontri ravvicinati non voluti con i clienti ai tavoli limitrofi.

First time at this place. We often passed by but always saw it full and never stopped. A bit of a revolutionary place: if you want to drink a Prosecco, a Franciacorta, or any wine, go somewhere else because they aren't served. Here you can only drink Cocktails but with a new idea: any product you like, whatever your tastes are here made and satisfied...!!! At least that's what they say... because we were in a bit of a hurry and limited ourselves to a "common" Aperol Spritz and an equally "common" Campari Spritz. We were asked if we wanted them really traditional or "modified": more tending towards the sweet, or the dry, or the sweet... Very interesting...!!! but due to time problems we remained on the "classic"...😉 The first thing we noticed was that the glasses didn't have the "usual" straws that they give you everywhere: forgetfulness or an alternative story...???🤷‍♂️ We didn't ask, we'll do it next time...😉 and we we enjoyed our Cocktail which, quite rightly, was one of the best we had ever had before...!!! Perfect balance and proportions of the ingredients like a true manual...!!!👍🔝 Wide choice of food pairings and also very original assortments and proposals..👍 We opted for some sheep roasts. Obviously purchased frozen but of very good quality and above all cooked to perfection...👍🔝 The impression is that of a place for aperitifs but which forcefully wants to "stand out from the crowd"... (to paraphrase an expression of the great Manzoni). Our experience was too short and too limited to judge whether they succeeded in this aim... but certainly the impression was extremely positive, interesting and above all indicative that this idea of ​​theirs was realised...!!! We will certainly return, with much more calm and for a more complete and interesting food and beverage tasting and therefore, our opinion is based above all on sensations but it already starts from an excellent 4☆, we hope that with the next visit these sensations will be excellently confirmed and can be given the highest rating. It was amazing! The waitress deborah ,sussan.. are so nice und they now how customized the most amazing cocktail experience I ever had! Here you can make your own cocktail, mine it was mango mohito.. so gorgeous! I can wait to go again!!

Prezzi nella norma...due Spritz alla frutta, un'acqua, medaglioni di mozzarella, una focaccia alla crema di formaggio, un pulled pork, polpette di polpo e un tortino di patate con fonduta di formaggi €39,00.

A delightful place, where the expertise of the subject is combined with an uncommon affability, by the standards of Perugia. The cocktails are always super spot on and with attention to detail. The proposals on food, equally. The cost is very reasonable: 26 euros for 2 cocktails, a tartare and other appetizers. Top for me!

5 stars well deserved! Since I discovered it it has become my favorite place for both an aperitif and after dinner. High level staff, friendly and very kind. But above all, always present in the room and ready to accommodate every request. Exceptional mixologists, they manage to create tailor-made cocktails for every palate. I have been to Galera several times, always trying different cocktails and dishes, and they have never disappointed me! The cocktails are studied and refined but the dishes are no different either! The food menu is seasonal and appetizing, and the kitchen stays open until late! Not to mention the value for money: definitely excellent! Last gem, the bottle rack: important, with refined and interesting spirits and fermented products. Huge selection of Gin, comparable to that of a real Gintoneria. A truly intriguing cocktail room! Once you enter, you never leave!
