Mi caso es patología crónica de columna lumbar, discopatía degenerativa, osteofitos, protusiones, extrusiones, ernia discal oprimiendo el nervio ciático y artrosis posterior, con 46 años. Profesionalismo, humanidad y precios accesibles. Un verdadero placer tener la posibilidad de asistir. Lástima que esto de la pandemia restrinja aforo por el momento, y con ello mejores posibilidades de atención, la cual es espectacular. Les desearía de corazón que pudieran tener un local más grande... Tanto bien podrían más hacer. Mí experiencia personal fue y es muy satisfactoria, no sólo por el alivio del dolor, si no también por la calidez. Si pudiera, iría todos los días, pero como estoy en actividad y tengo muchos años de trabajo más por delante, no tanto en años aportados, sino en edad biológica. Destacado también la higiene en todas las instalaciones. Y que los espacios para ducharse son individuales, como corresponde, y no sólo por el tema sanitario actual. Felicitaciones HIDROSER, a su directora María Noel, y Todo su equipo técnico y administrativo, excelentes profesionales y mejores personas. Se preocupan de Verdad por tú atención hy recuperación. Por qué menciono esto... Porque en muchos otros lugares, me refiero a clubes deportivos y hasta de gran porte, donde de manera irrisoria y hasta irónica, además de no darte la debida atención y tener escaso discernimiento y preparación para todos los casos y dictaminar las rutinas acordes, se le dice a los clientes masculinos que los espacios de ducha son sólo individuales para las mujeres, porque tienen pudor. Qué..., los hombres no tenemos pudor también ??? Por qué tenemos que bañarnos uno al lado del otro, e incluso de todas las edades, chicos hasta adultos mayores. Un verdadero disparate, que en varias ocasiones lo plantee y discutí cara a cara con quien correspondía. Y la respuesta de ellos y ellas era simplista y machista, más que nada de las propias mujeres..., que el sistema era así. Mamarracho, obscenidad y falta de respeto e higiene. Felicitaciones una vez más Hidroser, encantado estoy con Ustedes, y agradecido por haberlos encontrado. María Noel was the one who directed me.
