Food and drinks a bit expansive for what it delivers. Nevertheless the view is quite good. A very good place to spend some time enjoying the nice air, good climate and the view from the Mar del Plata. Regarding the food, I've ordered fried fish "fingers" and it is greasy, cold and not at all tasteful. But it costs like it's the best in town. The craft beer is also very expansive but is quite good though (I've tried the IPA).

View amazing, waitress horrible and never came back. When I proceeded to pay inside she rolled her eyes. Needless to say don't bother coming here. And I rarely give bad reviews.

Just had lunch here, ordered the camarones alajillo, croquetas de bondiola and papas fritas. Unfortunately, the food was all very mediocre not to mention unsanitary. We found a short black hair in the croquetas which was really disgusting and the shrimp looked like a defrosted meal with a sauce they added which was not an alajillo sauce. I brought the hair to the attention of the owner who offered to bring out another potion but we declined for obvious reasons. Our beers were not cold and the whole meal was unsatisfying. We left most of our meal uneaten and left much faster than anticipated. When we went to pay I was stunned they still charged us for the croquetas. I’m afraid I really can’t recommend this restaurant, I was here many years ago when the food was excellent but it’s nothing like that now. The outdoor seating and view is lovely, with the exception of the huge tanker draining the septic tank right behind us, and the waitress was attentive and very friendly but we won’t be returning,

Absolutely perfect view if you get to sit outside, and the burger is to die for. You should definitely check it out for a casual bite by the shore.

Great place, with a nice view, well served portions and a nice playlist. The waiters were very polite.

Very expensive for the quality and quantity of food you get. Be careful if you’re visiting it. It’s a complete rip off.

My wife and I have had lunch here on occasion over the past decade at least — the view from the restaurant terrace is very nice and can be spectacular on certain days when the weather and quality of the water are exceptional. The food is ok and the service isn’t consistent. We usually order the seafood platter (Tabla del Mar) to share (good for up to 4 people). The restaurant could benefit from a renovation, as it is starting to feel old. For the money, Artico (a block away) is a better value now. Che Montevideo has its own parking lot; so it has the edge if parking is an issue.

Very good restaurant with a great salad. Service is great too.. But i couldn't pay cause the Maschine doesn't accept wireless payment and I didn't have cash...

Great location, easy parking and good food. Service is not consistently good. Depends on who is your waiter. We still come here every time we are in uruguay because we like the ambience and the sea view

Nice views. It needs a little vaccum and windex.

We went out to eat yesterday january 1st with a group of 7 friends, first nobody came to us to offer a table for 7, so we joined 3 dirty tables and sat down. After that they took their time to take the order. I 4 of us went for lasagna, which they didnt have in stock. Ok so we just went for a milanesa napolitana del Chef. 1 hour and 10 minutes later food had not arrived, we complained, 5 minutes later food arrived . The milanesa napolitana was milanesa with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese, fries where undercooked, no spices, nothing. In the end we slit the bill. Usd 25 dolara each!! 360 pesos argentinos. UN DESASTRE

It was lunch for 3. We had mozzarella sticks and provolone cheese as starter which were cold. The beer was warm and we also ordered a caipirinha which was quite bad. For mains two of us ordered aubergine with parmesan cheese. The mains came 40 min after we finished the starters. They were cold, the aubergine was bitter and was all full of seeds and the dish was 15€ We returned the dishes and the waitress wasn't happy at all. Luckily they didn't charge us for them. Don't think we'll come back.

Sea-side. Amazing view of the river. The restaurant is located in front of the water. Nice attention. Regular food and facilities.

🫤 Not as good as the Google rating. Fried fish is OK, very basic food. Nothing special here. Service was good. The seating is very poor quality and not as nice as pictured, unfortunately as it is near the water but with no water views.
