Food is overpriced considering its quality and portion size; the fish was particularly disappointing compared to other fish restaurants in the area. The service was slow. However, the location and scenery were really nice.

We came to have some hot tea and hot food, waited for 20 mins till waitress shall notice we're in. Well you know when waitress looks at you with this face "what da hell did you come here" - this doesn't help to get appetite. If you have the sign "restaurant", and you wear uniform - you should comply with minimum industry rules. In this industry clients should be called guests. If you was my employee I'd kick you, really

Great place right on the water by the lighthouse but tricky to find as our taxi driver found out. Good grilled meat and the calamari is delicious as well. Great maritime atmosphere and very cosy.

Don't expect the fish of the day is a catch of the day. Frozen goods in fragments. Good to fill the stomach, but certainly not a culinary delight. Still, a nice place to have a coffee.

The highlight of our trip to Montevideo. Not only the food was delicious and the service was outstanding but the staff have such a great welcoming energy! I asked one question about mate and the manager shared her personal tea with us and another staff member explained cultural importance and the tradition behind it! They proudly shared their cultures ... moments like this complete impression of the city. Thank you so much! P.S. nice sunset view around it too

Lovely setting, a mashup of island paradise with a mariner vibe. Nice, friendly staff. English menu's available. Our salmon and chicken were delicious. Would go again and recommend.

It's a cute restaurant with a unique marine-themed interior, located at the most Southern part of Uruguay and Montevideo. The service was friendly, and the food was fine. The tastiest dishes were the chorizos and the desserts which I can both heartily recommend.

This is my second visit here. This time we had a table in the second room, next to the fireplace. We had a "Tabla La Estacada", which is a mix of fried fish, fried squid, grilled shrimp and potato chips. The fish and shrimp were excellent, the squid and the chips were OK. We also ordered dessert. I recommend the chocolate volcano.

A wonderful little restaurant on the water. The staff are lovely. Very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and portion sizes are large. The price is very reasonable. Definitely recommend coming here it's wonderful.

Great place, everything from the seafood to the steak was great. Had the "baby beef" (a nice steak) and "caserola de mariscos" (like a seafood stew). House wine was wonderful! Would be happy to come back here on another trip.
