Very good location, hotel 🏨 is old but everything is in good conditions. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good facilities for organizing a convention.

The hotel is absolutely lovely, and it's situated in an excellent location. The reception staff are incredibly polite and always ready to assist you. Our room was not only spacious but also spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, making us extremely satisfied. Moreover, the service throughout our stay was exceptional, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help us with various requests. They truly were the best staff we could have ever hoped for!

Great place right in the heart of downtown (ciudad vieja). Great location with lots of tourist places to go. Good breakfast. We’ve stayed in a room with a nice view of the harbor.

The hotel rooms are badly in need of renovation and repair. My room's thermostat was not working so I did not have access to air conditioning. Several phone calls to the front desk over two days and the issue was not resolved. Finally I was told that the hotel's air conditioning was out. That was not true because I had a colleague staying in another room who did not have that issue. The hotel's solution was to open my room windows. I did not really have another choice but was kept awake the entire night by the loud noises of the people and cars outside. For a 4 star hotel, I expected a lot less. The bathroom is very much outdated. The showers and toilets all need to be redone. The saving grace: the hotel staff was fantastic, friendly, and efficient. The daily buffet-style breakfast is wonderful with lots of variety. It is separated from the main dining room so there is always an open table. The view from my 20th floor room was mesmerizing. The location is ideal as it in right in the heart of downtown. Overall, you do not get a 4 star experience, especially for what you pay.

Great high level room - spacious and well-appointed. The only drawback was the creaking metal window frames which kept waking us up. Central location within easy walk of old city, Ramblas and the port.

The room is outdated but still comfortable enough with a great view (specially from the breakfast lounge at the last floor). But you can tell that most of the hotel facilities hasn't had any updates since a while, and most of all, the lack of hospitality from the reception staff makes doubt this hotel is even branded as Radisson (and I've stayed in many Radisson worldwide, and this one is the worst one). Overall, it's an "ok" 3.5 star hotel closed to the old city.

The worst place I have ever been to! Too bad even to be true, but good for hillbillies! My disgusting contacts with mr. Carlos Muñoz and “Chica” Morganti were the worst ever in a place that works with hospitality. How can this kind of people work with foreigners and please advise I was there for ONE MONTH.

Nice rooms, nice view from our room 20. floor. Bad Service during breakfast time. The tables were not cleaned when the guests left the tables. Dirty dishes were never cleared at the table. That was not very pleasant. We would not come again.

We had lunch at the restaurant, and the food was truly delicious. There was a wide variety of food, to suite all kinds of palates, and you basically go up and serve yourself, to whatever you want, as many times as you want.

Spent a night in this hotel on 7th of January 2023. Our stay was prepaid by travel agency. After half a year hotel illegally charged us again for our stay in two deluxe rooms. We asked them why - they told, that they have had some problems with their booking system and they didn't see our payment any more... so we paid for our stay for two times. It's been two months already since we are trying to solve this issue with no results. Try to leave deposit in cash or choose another hotel.

My and my family had rent 2 rooms for a couple of days , the hotel seems okay no bad , but one thing I can assure the people that works at the front desk are rude , and not friendly , I will make sure that I dont stay any other Radisson hotel in any other country , zero friendly for the people that go travel in Uruguay , train the personal at the desk to be more humble so they can provide a better Information cero clue about the hotel

Best place for stay and recreation, just in the middle of the great city of Montevideo. Amazing café to experience around the property. Heart of the city!

A great hotel in Ciudad Vieja of Montevideo. Rooms are modern and the public spaces invite to spend some time. Find a big pool and gym area-outstanding. Staff is generally friendly. 4stars because the breakfast service was a bit slow, could not keep up cleaning the tables and make space for the next. Else, no complaints and a recommended hotelđź‘Ś

Unaceptable lack of common sense. Suffered a very bad fall in granite steps that were not property mark. Management could nor care less. Overclorinated pool damaging eyes. Awful place with arrogant reception. Food not properly handled. Told I could not take a banana from breakfast room to my suite unless I paid for it!. Usted to be grand, but current management is sinking it to the ground

Nice room with a view, but completely unusable internet. The WiFi was very slow. If you intend to do business or stream video, you should find a different hotel.

Hotel seems to have wonderful amenities. Struck out with room service. I ordered french fries and a coke, it took well over 3 hours to recoeve my order. Disappointing.

This place looks great in pictures. The reality is very different. It’s just an ok 4 starts hotel. Staff at the front desk is not very friendly or useful. Rooms smell odd but sheets were clean. Overall a casino smelling place with great location. You can make a reservation but if they “get big groups” they don’t care and give away your room. Disappointed.

Nice hotel, big rooms with bathtub, little bit outdated but with européen poweroutlets.

Radisson Montevideo is an amazing hotel. I highly recommend you to stay there. They have also a casino inside the hotel - for those more adventurous. PS: breakfast is ok.

Rooms were good and clean but the bathroom was out dated and needed renovation. 4 / 5 Staff were friendly and helpful. 5 / 5 Breakfast buffet had many options. But the fruits felt like they were canned and bulk of the items lacked flavour. The resturant did have an awesome view (at the top of the hotel over looking the sea). 3.5 / 5 Price was a little on the high side, though I did book late. 3 / 5

The hotel is located within walking distance of the old town. Comfortable room. Could be renovated, particularly the bathroom. Friendly staff. However, we were not given help finding our room or given an explanation of the hotel at check in. There was no information folder about the room or the hotel. Coffee machine could not be used, as there was no filter or Coffee. Only 2 t bags each day between 2 of us. No vanity kits etc in bathroom. The restaurant did not open for dinner. Breakfast was very good. The massage rooms in the spa do not reflect a 4 or 5 star hotel However masseuse was very nice and gave a good massage. Overall, disapointing for a Radisson hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, extremely bad manners by the staff and can't provide room service during afternoon on a Tuesday. Extremely disappointed to have paid for a suite. DO NOT RECOMMENDED
