Very nice hostel with a good vibe. I had a great time here. The dorms are a bit small but the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The kitchen has all you need for cooking but is not very clean (however that’s not to blame on the hostel itself...). The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. What could be improved: establish a book swap and allow bike rental per hour (there is just a fix price for 12 hours).

I really don’t recomend this hostel. We had a terrible experience with the staff. We reserved a double room and when we arrived, they offered two beds in a dorm. Then they suggest to make a refund in the bank card. Until now, we still didn’t receive our money back. In the first place, they wanted to take 10% of the money just like that. The manager says she can’t do anything, not even check if the transaction worked. In addition, they are really mean when they speak to us. Anyways, don’t go there !

The private suite was a nice treat. Facilities were great, warm common area. Homeless person yelling outside all night was annoying.

This place has nothing to do with the pictures you see in their website. Can't say the standard is low, since it's lower than low. The atmosphere is depressing, the rooms weren't clean and we found out we needed to share the bathroom with everybody else.

Very good experience over all. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms seemed quite clean and nothing was missing. Personal lockers are provided. The hostel has a very nice internal courtyard with a small bar. Sometimes, the hostel offer a welcoming drink. The only thing that bring the rating down is the breakfast, IT IS NOT FREE ANYMORE. Although it is still accessible, around 80 pesos / 2 or 3 euros. The breakfast quality and quantity varies quite a lot. EX. first day, more choice and decent portions. Second day, almost nothing. TO CONCLUDE. I would recommend this hotel. Accessible price, good location and facilities.

Lovely hostel, probably the best in Montevideo. Quite quiet while I was there, so not many events or much socialising. They've just moved to this new location. I'm sure it will get more popular and busier!

I was in a shared room here. It was insanely hot at night and hard to sleep. The place doesn't feel clean. Bathrooms were just okay...service was great though! You get what you pay for, it is simple and hot.

Chill hostel, it is located in the center of the city, close to the historic centre and close to the main avenue where most buses go. The common areas are ok. The kitchen could do with a few more pots, pans and kitchenware in general. The dorms are spacious and the beds are clean, although small and they don’t have bedstand nor any curtains for privacy. The bathroom was clean but had an odd smell. Breakfast looked price appropriate. Overall it is an ok hostel if you are looking for a place to stay a few nights, but it could do so much better.

Honestly, the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The rooms do not have windows (I specifically asked for a room with a window). It is stinking badly in the rooms. There is no heating in the rooms (it can get cold in the winter). My room was dirty. It was really loud in the night. The beds are really short. The pizza they offered for dinner was burnt. After I left, all my clothes were stinking.....

Really lovely staff and a good vibe. But the 4-bed dorm which we had was so warm, we couldn't sleep at all! Take the 6-dorm bed, it has air-conditioning.

I will start with the negative, the rooms are very loud and you can hear people in the common areas very loud. Other than that great hostel! Rooms have AC, very nice staff, great location and look wise very special. The beds and the shower were great.

Very friendly hostel, lots going on. They sometimes even give out free dinner, there's always music and the beers are not expensive. The forms are decently sized, mine had no windows but had an a/c that was switched on in the evenings. Location is pretty central too.
