I can’t thank enough to Silvia, Roberto, Yudith, and Oscar!! They were great, helpful, kind and SO patience with me. The hotel is in a great location in Montevideo, and the ambiance and decor are so welcoming! I’m terribly picky with cleanness and this hotel do not disappoint! Sheets were changed EVERY day.. THANK U for that! Definitely I’m going back! Spotless bathrooms, and floors.

Location great but hotel old it needs renuvue

Top service. Had accidentally booked my room for the wrong dates, got them instantly rebooked so I didn't need to sleep on the street. Also decent rooms and perfect location.

The bed was comfortable. The shower only had half door so water went everywhere. I could clearly hear people in the next room. Reception not friendly. Breakfast buffet had a large selection but the coffee was terrible. All together did not find good value for my money. Central location but street was run down.

Thieves and Dishonest. Told ok to park car infront of hotel until checkin time only to then call a towtruck to tow car away. This cost $200us and 2 hours to collect car. Staff very rude and unapologetic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The hotel employees are extremely nice and endlessly accommodating, and will help you find stores, taxis, and anything else you may need. the restaurants surrounding the hotel are great but a bit expensive. the hotel is quiet and safe, as is the area in the vicinity of the hotel but some nearby streets should be avoided during last or early hours (or altogether). The breakfast is unlike anything in America... there is a huge selection of breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, fruits, and much more that is of gourmet quality. overall an extremely pleasant experience.

The place is nice enough and in a great location; however the WiFi is really spotty and not working a lot and the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

Rate 4/5 in general. It's nice place to stay, with a good cost vs benefit rate. The attendance is marvelous, all employees are helpful and polite. The localization is excellent, in the middle of the old town. Breakfast is ok. Room space and amenities are ok. The cleaning is very nice. The WC is a little bit small but nothing that I could complain about. The only thing is the shower, that's a little bit different than the usual, but maybe I'm just not used to it. The parking is 24h/day available and stay 100 meters, in a side street. It's a little bit rare to find a spot in the hotel street to do the check-in and then move the vehicle to parking place. If you want to leave the town early in the morning, make sure the receptionist call the parking responsible to be awake. I went there, had to get back to the hotel to ask for help and then I was able to get my vehicle.

The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff are polite.

I am from the United States. I spent three weeks there. Comfortable, quiet, clean and cheap. I thought it was a nice place.

Nice medium priced hotel in the centre of Montevideo. Good selection for breakfast. The coffee could be better, but that seems to apply to most South American hotels😥
