I stayed here when I went to Uruguay for the first time and it was arranged by my company. The cost was almost 700 usd for 14 days stay. Hotel was good, located at punta carretas, sea beach is near and also punta carretas mall. Hotel's breakfast was complementary although it was not that good as they had the same menu everyday. Otherwise a good hotel for a few weeks of stay. Verdict- Good hotel for staying a couple of weeks

Way above my pay grade!! But fabulous... Had tour around, stunning. One day...

It's a good hotel, clean, good attention and nice breakfast but the checkout is too early I had to left the room at 11:00 am and my flight it's at night, so basically I took my breakfast and see what to do but without room.

First I arrived to the hotel and they asked me to pay when I was doing the check in which is unusual for a hotel then when I arrived to the room the floor was dusty and on top of that I woke up in the middle of the night wanting to get a bottle of water but the mini bar in the room was empty, when I called reception to let them know that my mini bar was empty they told me that by policy of the hotel all the minibars in every room remain empty so I had to go myself to a supermarket to buy a bottle of water. I don't suggest you to come to this hotel overpriced for the service received.

Excellent location in the heart of Punta Carretas town. Excellent breaskfast with many options. Rooms are very clean and modern. Have a swimming pool in the top and a gym with machines to run.

Excellent reception, attendance, and infrastructure. Quite clean and organized. Service at the tables would include fast cleaning after people leave their places. We recommend offer frigobar stuff, and/or a self-snacking device with water, tea, coffees and so on. It would make easier visitors lives.

Extremely understaffed, for any request in the reception expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes, and not get what you requested.

Excellent customer service. The place is gorgeous, and the front desk people, specially night shift guy(think the was Mario) is fully committed to resolve any situation that might present. Fully recommend if you want to relax and enjoy a beautiful country as Uruguay and have the best of all; the lower population wich are very cosy people and friendly, and the city that has everything to do; the guys of the front desk recommended the best places in town! Will comeback! Thank you guys!

Nice touches with the styling and overall a well positioned hotel that I would stay in again. Very good breakfast, nice coffee. Almost a four.

The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they ended up making me pay for services I wasn't able to use. There are many better hotels in the neighborhood.

Good rooms . Friendly staff. Great location, being on near to ellauri and 21 de setiembre it's location is very good.

Not what I was expecting: I made a special request ( and confirmed by the staff) and it was ignored, broken elevators,not very good quality in general. For the price, you can get a better place with better trained staff.

Nice lance to relax and sleep for a short time.
