The staff was unwilling to help and did not care we didn’t have cash to eat since we were quarantine. No one communicates clearly how that works so they did not wanted to help.. treated us like we were infected when to travel you have to be COVID negative. The restroom in the room smell like urine the whole time and the kitchenette sink had an awful smell as well. The bed sheets were all stain appears to be dirty and the bath towels had wholes. The toiletries they offer are extremely cheap. Overall I will never come back to this hotel even tho the location is great. There are many other option near by.

Very nice place to stay in Montevideo. District of Punta Carretas, Very good and safe area. Nice breakfast, very nice room, very good utilities. Recommend for sure

Please stay away from this hotel. It is not what they show you in the pictures. The guy at the front desk wasn’t even there when I got there and I had to wait a long time for him to finally show up and still gave me attitude. I won’t recommend this place.

Only giving 2 stars because the location is very good. The hotel looks worn, is definitely needing renovation. The cortines couldn’t close properly, all furniture had marks of use and time, low bedsheets quality, cleaning could be improved too. I stayed one night and decided to change hotel.

I like the hotel rooms and they are very comfortable. Moreover, the hotel provides guests with hearty breakfast. I quite enjoyed their chocolate brownies.

Hotel ambience is awesome. Nice to have an English speaking Cook.

Good spot to bed down.

Hotel is very basic. No toilet paper. Towels were old and was difficult to get extra. Lots of black mould in bathroom did not want to risk turning on the AC. But the shower pressure was good. Room lacks character. Beds was comfortable. Staff were amicable but not very attentive. Try somewhere else.
