Amazing experience here at Bodega Bouza. Our guide was extremely fun and friendly; she provided great information during the tour. The location is beautiful. A must visit. We also enjoyed an amazing bottle of Tempranillo and a delicious meal after the tour.

The overall evaluation is quite positive but there are a few dark spots. The winery tour - can be improved; the wine tasting should have two options - light and full, price accordingly; menus in English; prices in general. Nothing too serious. On the positive side, food and wine quality are indisputable, service is quite good. Most likely I will come back.

Comida y vino maravillosos y servicio perfecto. Sin duda volveremos. Recomiendo el tour y el almuerzo completo/marinado. Gracias. Food & wine are wonderful, and the service is superb. Everyone is polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend the tour through the winery and the complete lunch menu, with the wine tasting. Thank you.

For a tourist and a wine fan that was excited about this experience it was utter shambles. This place is short staffed in all aspects of the winery to begin with. I booked for a tasting and lunch for the afternoon at 13:3 , was left waiting over an hour for the tour to begin along with over 20 people with nobody knowing what's going on waiting for the guide that never pitched up. The guy taking reservations had to do our tour plus the tour being 40 minutes late. Sat down for the tasting first to be served last, Already massivley delayed at this point, the wines where great with real elegance and quality. Nevertheless we where told the restaurant was closed when got there due to no fault of our own. The winery is stunning with cool Antique cars I feel sorry for the winemaker; that he works there. The driver was the only one to applogies for the bad experiance

We paid to taste 4 wines. Not so special ones, but good wines. The worst part was the person who was explaining us about the wines. He was just playing his role and not creating an empathic environment. The visit isn't worth: you see only 3 places: harvest, winery and barrels. The guy who guided us was great. Unfortunately we couldn't have lunch in the place because they received an important person and his group who occupied all the restaurant

Great tasting with snacks as well as very informative tour at Bouza. Beautiful winery and some premium wines. Definitely make a reservation if you are going to be in the area.

Very good wine tasting - a really nice place & their restaurant is also very good. Most of theirwines are ok - but hightly priced....The Pan de Azucar range will in time be very good & has more potential than their Parcela Única Tannat's from Melilla & Canelones

Wonderful wines. Amazing food. Very attentive (but discreet) service. I had a lovely day here.

To whom has already visited Brazilian wine makers, this one will be a little disappointing... But anyhow, the visit had no cost, so it may worthy the time.

Terrible experience, highly overrated and pretentious place. Hard pass. Staff know very little about wine. People on the group tours / tasting looked absolutely miserable - no one was smiling- not a single person. At restaurant, waiter knew nothing about any of the wines to recommend anything. Mostly business people at business lunches. Food was good, so complements to the chef. But I can say after visiting 120+ wineries around the world, this was the only place that just felt miserable. Management needs a waje up call to drop the snobiness and actually teach their staff about wine and how to treat patrons.

Very much recommended! Great service, informative guide Fabritio took us through winery and answered all of our questions. Nice food after and ride back to hotel!

3rd time at Bouza winery. Wine is still at good quality, but not quality price ratio. Unfortunately restaurant quality and service is decreasing. Today our experience at the restaurant was very bad due to the manager’s lack of care atitude. Some staff also kind of fed up with “tourists” btw, those tourists pay your salaries…

Not a good experience! Nice wines, but the tour and tasting experience is far inferior to other wineries in Uruguay. Not recommended.
