Very unfortunate that most of the times they would not have the grill open and very few options for cold drinks. Service and customer care very depressing

Good, but there are better examples of tha chain. The ambiance is good, but food and service not the best. I ordered a lasagna and I have the slight idea that it was rather acid and the tiramisu was frozen. It was rather full, so I'd say they should have these things better prepared. The waitress, an old woman, was a bit rude, as if she wasn't happy with my being there. She took my order, then didn't get me the toast and sauces appetizer that they usually bring and it was another waiter who brought it at the same time as the lasagna... If you want to go to Don Pepperone in a shopping centre, go to Punta Carretas, they are much better than this.

Their pizza is OK, but slightly overpriced for the size (the larger one is too little for 2). They add way too much sugar in their smoothies (I wouldn't add any - fruits are sweet enough). What makes this rating 2 stars is terrible service - they just don't care.

Meats are ok. Salad bar expensive. Do not waste your money. The no addition of salt is due an uruguayan law

Loved the place. They have a huge menu and all of them are very nice. Their prawn pizza is of the charts and one of the favorites. You get drinks aswell from the bar. Good place to have proper food or just enjoy the drinks and the vibe.

Horrible, se demoro una hora el servicio, completamente sobrevalorado. Service was delayed by 1 hour with the excuse that it was coming in 5 minutes. We had to call the order off and leave the place

The food and staff are marvellous. They make you feel at home. The atmosphere simply relaxes you after a busy shopping day at Montevideo Shopping Centre, which is just opposite this cafeteria.

Food is really good, dishes are very well served and very tasty. Service is fast and the place is very well maintained. I'm a big fan!

Nice ambience, nice food.

Be careful if you're a foreigner, clearly tried to scam me. Male waiter served me some kind of pork despite the fact I ordered a beef steak, also attempted to add something additional onto the bill.

Food here is good but expensive. Some waiters also add service charges to your bill. So overall it can work out to be extremely expensive. I won't eat here again !!

The milanesa and lasagna were very unpalatable, the service was long, the prices were unreasonably high. I don't recommend this place
