    A disaster!!! Leaving children from a Public School who with effort raised money for their trip... without warning, without justification. Totally irresponsible!! I hope they return the deposit they asked for. Shameful!!

    THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES My boyfriend and I are traveling. At first, when we were just finding out, the man (owner of the company) seemed to be very nice, he answered every question. Satisfied with the service and the price, we made the deposit. He sent us the confirmation of the day (January 12, 2019) time (12:30) seats (11 and 12). Great... Until then everyone is happy. Two days before the trip we wrote to confirm if everything was ok. The answer was no longer the same. He let us know and we had to insist to get a response. When he responded (in a bad way) he told us that one would travel in seat 6 and the other in 9. He did not explain the reason for the change. We explained to him that it was our first trip together that the idea was not to go separately the entire way. In a bad way he again agreed to place us in two seats together. The worst thing was that in the bus (capacity for 19 people) we were 8 people traveling. We never understood why they put us in seats together, then they changed us to separate seats since there was more than half of the bus left over. During the trip, at night, this man was going at a (high) speed that did not seem appropriate to us, DRIVING AND AT THE SAME TIME WATCHING A MOVIE ON HIS CELL PHONE, we caught his attention. The next day we did not receive any explanation, much less apologies, he barely spoke to us. This was our experience in Dalfa... Terrible!

    Mi experiencia no fue nada buena , Viaje hace algo mas de un mes con ellos . En coche doble piso muy bueno pero su atencion durante el viaja hasta Florianopolis muy malo . Uno de los Choferes Suarez lamentable todo el tiempo hablaba mal. La guia ni siquiera nos dio su nombre y todabia al llegar a floripa nos dejo ahi , y no tuvimos mas guia durante todo el recorrido . El hotel que fue pousada marcos muy bueno , muy buen servicio pero ellos desastrosos. Discutia con todo el mundo el coordinador Javier hablaba todo el tiempo mal. Lo que si sabemos los 56 pasajeros nunca mas con dalfa. Lamentable ,hasta en la aduana tuvo problemas , como sera la cosa , que el jefe dijo no lo dejo dentenido , por no demorarlos a ustedes , Saquen sus concluciones , averiguen bien antes de viajar con ellos.

    Fuimos en diciembre de 2017 y en febrero de 2019 con mi señora, mis padres y mi cuñado y la verdad que nos fue muy bien. Y volvemos a ir este 8 de febrero con Dalfa. Paran varias veces a descansar. Te dan bandejas con sandwiches y la bebida vos vas a consumir cuando queres, amen de que te regalan la cena ( tenedor libre)en el parador Grill que es unos kilometros despues de pelotas. Y la posada esta buena, en pleno centro y a 3 cuadras de la playa y con buen desayuno. Tambien te hacen paseos gratuitos a Jurere; Joaquina y la barra da lagoa y la brava. Por lo que pagamos, no nos podemos quejar. El servicio fue muy bueno. No es un all inclusive y hay que entenderlo. Cuanto menos te molesten en las vacaciones, mejor. Saludos. Favio Callejas.

    COMFORTABLE BUS AND GOOD TREATMENT! We took a trip to Floripa last week (we bought only a ticket, not a package with accommodation) We traveled very comfortably, the bus had good seats to sleep. The treatment received by the drivers was very good, since they always showed willingness and were very helpful with the ticket. Thank you. Without a doubt we will choose them again!

    (SUMMARY AT THE END) Horrendous experience. The service on board, terrible. We asked if the bus had Internet on board and they told us that it did, but that they were trying to save its use because they had another trip coming up (an excellent reason to brandish a client). On the way out they offered us chewy candies and 1 (one) glass of still mineral water or a glass of Coca Cola throughout the journey. On the return it was worse, the options were 1 (one) glass of sparkling water or guarana (return not suitable for diabetics or those who suffer from gastritis). They dropped us off at Floripa on a Sunday morning, at 07:50, almost 3 hours before check-in (they got the arrival time wrong because Brazil changed the time just that day). They know how to carry out the relevant procedures at customs, manage the travel medical insurance contract, and they don't know when a clock should go 60 minutes slow. What a danger! Surprisingly, 2 hours after arriving, and with families without having entered their rooms, they returned to Uruguay to look for another trip and left us alone until the following Sunday. They reserved 7 rooms in the hotel and 8 families traveled, so one had to relocate to another "hotel", which looked more like a favela perpendicular to the ground. The Uruguayans who were to inhabit that construction did not have the slightest opportunity to ask the guide for help or advice, since he was on his way to Uruguay, in search of new (and unbelieving) adventurers. The bathroom gave off a smell from the beginning to the end, both on the way there and on the way back. They promised us that the bus had a plug to charge the cell phone, and I can't complain, they delivered. There was 1 (one) outlet for the entire bus.     Terrible moment. I traveled with a tourism agency that hired the Dalfa service for an excursion.
