👍👍 What a great place to end up our vacation in Uruguay, great for a dinner if you also take your non-veggie friends, as it has a variety of options, all well marked in the menu. Every dish was full of taste and perfect touch. Beautiful from the inside and the outside, amazing service and nice people! People often mention good, great,

Two stars are for the lovely atmosphere. I had brunch here with my partner and we were very disappointed. The coffee was terrible. A little capsule machine can pull a better espresso than what they served. So sad. Nice place to sit but I would never go back or recommend it for coffee.

One of the best places in town for brunch... with the best patio by far. Try the gravlax! It's a MUST!

I think I came in with too high of expectations. I had seen the menu before I went and everything had sounded so good. If I had loved this place, I was going to plan a second trip. But what I ordered was okay. Not as amazing as I thought it would be. The prices are higher and portions so-so. I did like that the waffles are like the ones I can find in the US but it did have a little too much sauce. The eggs with avocado and toast and the hash brown were fine. I really did not enjoy the vietnamita, which was 270 pesos, and my friend was not impressed with the chai. Give it a try but don’t go in with such high expectations as I did.

I am a tourist and was recommended this place. My standards are very high. This place is a absolutely amazing. Great service, beautiful outdoor area and most importantly the food. I’ve eaten at many amazing steak houses and generally prefer my meat medium rare and no sauce. I had their steak on rice not sure the official name. Every bite was full of complex flavors on top of good quality meat. The tacos were good but the steak stole the show. Desert was a bit too decadent for me but nicely prepared. I’m going to return for the steak. Cool neighborhood too. I highly recommend this restaurant. Especially if you’re tired of cheese sticks and Milanese. The staff is great

The decor and the vibe of this place is very beautiful. We sat outdoors and it feels like we're in a courtyard of a English house. They had blankets in a basket for the visitors to use. I ordered a Uruguayan coffee which had a shot of espresso, grappa miel and beaten cream which was very good. For the meal i had a sandwich which came with a serving of sweet potato fries which were not crispy at all. Now I'm not sure if they're supposed to be crispy or not, but i do know that i did not like it. The sandwich was good though.

Very nice and cosy place. The food is mainly for brunch but as many options including vegetarian ones. I took the green shakshouka which was a great choice even though I still prefer the traditional one ( the “red” one with red peppers and tomatoes)- it would actually be a good idea to add it on the menu. We also had the egg poche with pork belly and potatoes croquettes. The eggs were not very poche but the pork belly was delicious. The coffee is also very good and we tried the cold coffee with cardamon and condensed milk which was a tasty discovery. Their cakes looked amazing but we were already full to try some !

Excellent food and service. The team behind Ibarra used to manage the Sucre Sale Bistro at the Alliance Française.

Great new place for brunch in Montevideo. Shady outdoor patio, perfect for this season. Menu with many original options. Reservations recommended for weekend.

The food was terrible. We ordered chilaquiles, and it was pretty awful—no sauce, super dry, not even close to Mexican food. The burger could have been better, too; especially considering the price. There are plenty of other options around in the same area. Mingus or Candy Bar, for instante, are way superior. (The server was great, though).
