Bad, I went to exchange a gift they gave me and it wasn't my style at all and I couldn't do it!! I understand all the reasons why the exchange ticket was missing etc etc But the merchandise was impeccable, even in the cellophane, with their label and the exact same merchandise was hanging behind the cashier.
