One of the nicest HRCs I've been to in South America. Great service and a decent selection in the Rock Shop.

I usually avoid chains while traveling. Been on the road for a while and just wanted some non breaded franks hot sauce wings. True buffalo hot wings. I came here and yes. Classic hot wings. Lots of incredible food in Montevideo. However if you’re looking for a taste of real wings without some sugar loaded bbq sauce. It’s good hits the spot. Pic is from first visit came back a week later. Wings good. Cant comment on rest of menu. Price is high but decent portion

Even with the restaurant half full the food took over an hour to be served. Everything was over cooked. It was very disappointing. Literally the worst chicken sandwich I’ve had in a very long time. The steak was hard as a rock and over cooked, the burgers burnt. I have been to other Hard Rock restaurants, this one was very bad.

Great place, a restaurant where the crew is full of energy, the food is good, the drinks are awesome and low on alcohol. The replicas are great and definitely a must go for anyone looking for something different. Regarding prices, I'd say that it's almost the same as in any other country. Rock on!

I am personally addicted to visit Hard Rock Cafe over the world, but this in particular has a great atmosphere, good attendants, good food and espetacular view. A must have in Montevideo.

I am an avid Hard Rock Cafe fan. Food was okay. Merchandise was minimal. Memorabilia was good.

It has created and sustained an unique style worldwide. Hard Rock Cafes have little difference wherever you go but are indeed a comfortable place with nice Tex-mex based food, very good service and nice environment. Altogether, a good chance to shop for gifts, although prices are high and little availability of sizes and clothes is somewhat disappointing.

The building where HRC is located needs a bit of maintenance, service was terrible (waiting 38 minutes for someone to ask for the bill!!... Having to keep taking napkins from other tables because no one would come to see if anything was needed also tells a lot about the service), food flavor was just ok, it was a lot better in the past. The shop mainly has hoodies and t shirts, no collectable pins, and super expensive prices. I had high expectations as with any other HRC, but this visit was a fail unfortunately.

I was looking forward to a classic burger...though picture perfect, the cheese burger (still trying to figure out if it was actually beef) was precooked and cold in the middle even after waiting 30 minutes, oh and the cheese was not melted. The fries were great! Not worth the price.
