(Translated by Google) The place is nice and the food is very good, I recommend the scones and alfajores. The brownie seemed very dry to me, but that goes in taste. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. The only thing that doesn't convince me is that they don't have a price list and you don't know what they are charging you. I happened to go one day and they charged me one thing, and the following week they charged me another.

(Translated by Google) Amazing this place… thank you!! Few places like this in Montevideo. All homemade, home atmosphere, wood stove, it's like being in a house, there is no "local/business atmosphere". Super warm in serving, slow pace, friendly, relaxed... and the food is incredible. Generous portions and amazing flavors. The scon is crazy, they served us fresh! And the brownie without flour or butter too. I'll be back 🙏🏼 (Original) Alucinante este lugar… gracias!!

Super laid back place. Slow food, don't go in a rush.

(Translated by Google) First of all, tell you that if you choose to go to this place, you have to give up the rush. Because they are "slow food" that is, they are going to take their time to prepare homemade recipes with fresh and natural ingredients. I have already been at least 10 times (since 2019) and I know that it is a time of full enjoyment, at a slow pace, sometimes I spend 3 hours chatting and enjoying each flavor. The wood stove (if it is winter) is a plus and its front patio with plants and vines is the best option for summer. The attention is friendly and cordial. They could be more organized in some practical and logistical aspects, such as charging, answering queries or changes in the menu. The assorted bread basket is a "must" every time I go. I suggest the mushroom tart, the variety of salads and for dessert the Indian bar (yogurt with red berries, raisins, chocolate and coconut). ALWAYS book in advance because there are few tables and they fill up. They only accept cash or bank transfer at the moment. Prices according to the quality of the dishes. It is an excellent option for a Sunday snack or to celebrate birthdays. They have for sale bread, desserts and entrepreneurial products such as olive oil. In short: I highly recommend it because there is a lot of commitment in each dish.

Rica comida y bien servida.

The place is super cozy. Invite you to come in as soon as you arrive. It has a very chill, homey atmosphere. When we arrived we sat down and they treated us to some flavored water. Very rich indeed. Then to eat we ordered 1 ham and cheese toast, and a 3 cheese toast. To have a cappuccino and a submarine. And for dessert, a carrot cake and a brownie with red berries. The salty and the cafeteria, a delight. The portions were very good and the flavor was a pleasure in the mouth. The only thing that didn't convince us were the desserts. The carrot cake didn't have frosting, but rather lemon icing (which I don't like at all, and I think they should tell you that when you order it) and it had a lot of honey. The texture was correct. The brownie was half dry and lacked any sauce to moisten it. I'll still go again because the salty stuff was delicious! I will try different desserts because it deserves another chance at sweets, I have faith in it! Super recommended to go for a snack

This place caught my attention while searching for a vegetarian restaurant. Place is nearby on Av Gral Rivera . Cozy place, nice atmosphere and good host. Let’s start with food and drinks. They have very limited menu. We ordered 1) Panera (5/5) 2) Falafel (5/5) (best falafel i had in Uruguay. Believe me). 3) Pizza with vegetables asado (4.5/5). Vegetables are really big. But pizza taste awesome. But not like the falafel. The star of the show. It’s freshly made. Now the main problem of this place looks to me is it’s understaffed. I saw only one person who is taking order, delivering food and drinks, taking care of other things. So if you are visiting take your time. Place is really good and peaceful. Food takes time but it will be worth waiting. Please visit with your friend and family.

Best kept secret in Pocitos. A buffet lunch with original and well seasoned salads, meats, soup, breads, fresh juice, desserts and coffee, all included for a very reasonable price. Cozy atmosphere includes a fireplace, perfect for winter weather. Not to be missed.

Visited for dinner with prior reservation. They had to move us to another table as there was an unexpected big party that arrived. But the staff were very friendly and served us well. Food is very nice but with limited options. We were offered free postre for the inconvenience which is a really nice gesture. Payment is only with cash or bank transfer.

I’ve been struggling to find something different in Montevideo that would check all the boxes. Given the reviews I wasn’t quite sure if this was it. Typically while traveling I like to find a more under the radar type of place that isn’t too upscale that turns out food that blows your mind. This is it. I totally enjoyed the ambiance and cuisine and I didn’t leave feeling hungry or without money in my wallet. Much appreciated!

The attention was not very good. Terrible service. We ordered three teas for two and they served us as if it were a single tea for two. Furthermore, when we complained about the lack of a scone (there were 5 and there should have been 6) they told us that since the scones were large, they would serve us 5. Regrettable. How much money could they lose by giving us one more scone as stipulated?

(Translated by Google) Excellent!!!! The exquisite bread basket, great breads of various tastes. Homemade food and the combination of flavors 10 points!!! Desserts a delight. The place is small but very warm and without a doubt one of the best places in Montevideo. The menu is limited but everything is very well done, the flavored water is super good and they have delicious wines, they don't sell soft drinks and I think it's a plus because I think they aim for homemade and healthy. Some geniuses!!! I will always come back!!! (Original) Excelente!!!! Unos genios!!! Volveré siempre!!!

Had the lunch option and it was absolutely amazing. You pick a plate size, fill what you want, and everything was delicious. Roast Beef was served along with many vegetarian sides that were exceptional. If you have the coconut carrot soup, you'll want it again and again.

(Translated by Google) Limited variety on the menu but with great creativity in the preparation and flavor in the gastronomic proposal offered to the client. Kind and attentive care. Very good advice regarding products to acquire. And a very nice and colorful setting. It is worth sitting down and enjoying the proposal. Good and creative proposal in artisanal bakery. You can bring products to try at home...

🫤 Not as good as the Google rating. Fried fish is OK, very basic food. Nothing special here. Service was good. The seating is very poor quality and not as nice as pictured, unfortunately as it is near the water but with no water views.
