The employees were nice. I went in for a physical and I signed in at 10:45 and I did not leave until 12:30. Way too long of a wait. Will not choose that one again.

Nice people and didn't have to wait very long which having to do a pre-employment urine drug test I was thankful.

This place has an exceptionally kind staff, that really knew what they were doing. The only negative thing I had to say about my visit for a drug screen, was the wait. But understandably so, because there were people who were in need of service more than me.

Amazing group of people, would choose Nova over any other providers out there. They make you feel at home,welcomed and happy to see you. They are all very nice. The lady working the frint is always happy and joking back and forth. All are very Polite and always willing to answer any questions you may have. Had Heather as my nurse this time. Never met her before. A very beautiful and happy young lady. Always smiling and very polite and informative on everything she was doing. Not trying to make it weird. But she had a hapog sparkle in her eyes when talking. Was very nice. And welcoming. Hope to keep all of my DOT medical needs to be taken care of there.

I had a very positive experience from the moment I walked in. It’s a busy spot, but my weight was not long for my physical/drug screen. The front desk man were so pleasant, happy professional. The gentleman that did my drug screening hearing and blood pressure test and all that good stuff was great and the doctor was exceptional. I wish she had a private practice, great please definitely a 10

Not to impressed said you found out blood in my urine and couldn't do the drug screen that had to be sent off. So I think your machine was broke. Went to my own family doctor and there was a very small trace which was nothing to be concerned with. So thanks for scaring me and making me spend more money

Both young ladies at the front were very professional and nice. Pretty too...

The lady at the front desk was nice everybody was nice even the one that took me back there to handle my business but everything was good

I’ve had the sad experience with them. I’m trying to get a job and they refuse me for physical because of my heart condition. I’ve went out of my way to speak with the cardiologist about my situation. My heart is good and he gave me a paper stating I’m good to take the physical and they still refuse me saying this paper is not good enough… this place is the reason I’m still unemployed… don’t recommend this place at all

Very good people and had me in and out as I needed . The girls that work here are funny and make time go by

I was in a panic to get a medical procedure taken care of by the end of the day called them up. They told me that they would be glad to have me come out there got in third person in line they took care of me and the rest of history.Thank you so very much

Quick and professional service waited 12 minutes and six other patients in front of me. Staff is very courteous, plenty of parking, and easy to get in and out.

Awesome staff and quick service, I needed a DOT physical and Iwas able to get mine completed in about 30 minutes start to finish, I definitely recommend this place when you do not want to wait around all day at those "other places"!

The clinic in Indianapolis is definitely an excellent I’m working in there everyone that needs therapy to definitely visit disclaimer. The people are professional, but therapy is exactly what I needed and I thank the Lord for them.🙏🏾🫵🏽

2 1/2 hour wait for a rapid drug screen was ridiculous. Nice front desk ladies. Unorganized mess of a manager.

I had a great experience. De greeted me, and she was super kind and pleasant. I would defiantly go back.

Waited 35 minutes with no one in the waiting area before me. After that, everyone was very helpful and courteous.
