I literally just want nitro cold brew with sweet cream. Every single time I come here, they give me cold brew coffee. The last time I went, they threw in ice. Ice. In a nitro cold brew. What even are you doing. I genuinely don't understand why this is so hard. I get the nitro cold brew cans all the time, and they're great. I just can't even fathom why I can't get the exact same or better experience at an actual Starbucks. Like a canned nitro, made weeks if not months ago, is better than a Starbucks location. If you guys aren't doing actual nitro cold brew, don't act like iced coffee is "close enough" for what you pay.

Waited a whole 20 min for 3 cake pops. Got our drinks but no cake pops. Literally the girl was ignoring us while we were waving to get her attention. We even knocked on the window and she still ignored us. Finally after 20 min of waiting the guy on duty came by and opened the window and helped us out. Even after all that I never got my red cup. If your suppose to promote holiday cheer where is the red cup. They weren't out of them at all because we saw them through the window. I come to this starbucks every morning with no issues very disappointed.

Great service. The morning crew are all great but especially Molly,Amber, Monique and AJ. Order is always accurate and they are always friendly. Thanks for getting my mornings started on a positive note!

Drive through was speedy. Cashier was super friendly and offered my pup a whipped cream cup. He loved it!

Brownie was really good and so whas the hit chocolate. The barristas were really nice!

Great coffee. Very loud inside if you want to sit much like most of the Starbucks. A central location which makes it convenient when you're in downtown Plainfield but also hard to find parking at times.

Everything has been great here except they often make a regular Frappuccino when I order creme. They always remake it without hesitation when I bring it back.

Its fine, same as every other Starbucks. The drive thru here is pretty odd. The entrance is way back away from the building. And don't even think about turning left out of the lot. Too much traffic. Above average and nice atmosphere and building though.

I loved the barista, rae or ray i don’t know how to spell her name . she was so kind and had no problem remaking my drink to my satisfaction. i loved her :)
