Me and tie wife got away for one night. The house is rich in history and the town is amazing ! The house is going through som renovations and that is a good thing. The service was awesome, we bought a bottle of wine and put it in the fridge to chill. When we got back we had a note that they had put glasses in the fridge for us to chill. Great touch ! We will be back !

My husband and I stayed one night this past weekend as he was showing me where he and his family grew up (Griffin and LaGrange). We were going to be after 6 pm checking in, but Nikki at the Inn had emailed us and called us to make sure we knew how to get into our room. Several restaurants and shops in walking distance and we also enjoyed the local beer company. Beautiful town in lights at night and we felt safe! It was our first time at a B&B and it was a wonderful experience and we will now check into B&Bs everywhere we travel. Nikki was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The kitchen crew were very nice. Everything in the Inn was clean and organized. Coffee on the porch in the morning was my favorite! I highly recommend this cute quaint B&B for other couples or if traveling alone. We will be back!

We love coming here! The atmosphere is great, and the people are so kind. We stayed in the Walking Dead (formerly the Princess) room, and enjoyed both the ambiance and the space of the room. There was four of us, and amazing we never ran out of hot water for our showers, and this was with them having a full house and no availability! The beds were super comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud. We were served breakfast both mornings and it was phenomenal. Soft scrambled eggs, savory bacon, and buttery grits. Yum yum yum! Oh, and don’t get me started on the peach cobbler—INCREDIBLE!!!

Just plain Wow.... Just happened to stay here because it was close to the races we were going to. What an enchanted historic get away and with primo location. Numerous food places as well as brewery right across the street. Had no idea Senoia was such a neat, quint little town.

Visited Senoia for the first time and had a great experience staying here! Place has a lot of charm and character, while being clean and within short walking distance to the downtown area. Robin was super helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely return!

Best B & B you could ever stay at! They are friendly and go above and beyond in service and accommodations. Looking forward to returning!

We have been multiple times and it is always phenomenal! Great people and the cutest little town—EVERYTHING in walking distance including restaurants, ice cream shop, bakery, etc. (Plus you can see lots of TWD memorabilia!) It is my new annual birthday treat to myself! 💙

We made a spontaneous, unplanned trip recently and ended up in this beautiful little town of Senoia, GA. Neither of us had ever stayed in a B&B or Inn like this, so we decided to give it a try. I read a lot of the reviews and had mixed feelings. I wasn't sure what to expect. Right away, the customer service impressed me. The lady went out of her way to make sure we had a room with a TV so we could catch the Alabama game. RollTide 😉 and yes, they have YouTube TV ! However not all rooms have a TV. Thankfully, we got the last room available for the night, and it came with a TV. We stayed in (Carl's room) from the TWD show. RM #7 (not haunted) The bed was very comfortable. The room was in original antique decorations. There was no extra anything. No iron & board , but I didn't need that anyway. They only had 1 roll of toilet paper, so we had to ask for another just to be on the safe side. I didn't like the shower curtain touching me while I showered, but other than those two things, we enjoyed it. There are some ghost stories from certain rooms, but we didn't experience anything. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. It was beyond my expectations. Blueberry pancakes, eggs, sausage, grits, fresh fruits, and the best PEACH COBBLER 🍑 😋. It was nice seeing other couples there. The front porch is a wrap around and very spacious. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the view. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and gift shops. It's the cutest town ever. I was so surprised to see all the movies filmed there. Everything is walkable from the Inn. We will def be back, and we plan to stay here again when we visit.

Cute century old inn just a few feet from all the restaurants and shops in Senoia. The people who work here love chatting with guests and making you feel welcome. Breakfast was amazing and we ended up hanging out another hour after check out just to enjoy the inn and staff.

Great inn located one block off of the Main Street in Senoia. Service was friendly and attentive and the room was very comfortable. I appreciated that they had a small fan in the room even though there was no ceiling fan. Bed was really comfortable as well. Breakfast (we stayed on a weekend so we were served full breakfast) was EXCELLENT. Coffee was good and service at breakfast was friendly as well. Would say again!
