Dr. Doug is absolutely one of the best dentist in the industry if you ask me. Super informative, laid back, honest and genuinely a good heated person who actually does what's best for his patients not his bank account!! I'll never go anywhere else nor will my family! Plus his staff is amazing, down to earth and beyond helpful in all facets of the business. It says something about a dental office when you're greeted with a big hug every time!!

I just moved to Cicero from Colorado and my expectations were NOT high. To my pleasant surprise those expectations were exceeded by the power of ten. From the competent person who greets you to Dr. Doug Hartley and the hygienist, it was relief to feel safe and in good hands. The technology was of the highest quality, the staff extremely competent and friendly. Almost to good to be true. Dr. Hartley a native from Cicero runs a tight ship. Myself, I have great dental genetics. My wife, on the other hand, not so much. In fact quite complex. However, “Cicero Family Dental,” came through with flying colors. I highly recommend Cicero Family Dental.

Cicero Dental has been our dentist for 35 years. Today I just had Amanda for a cleaning and check up. Amanda is WONDERFUL! So thorough, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I feel very confident when she is my hygienist. Overall a great place! Oh - and Dr. Doug is fabulous too! 😁

I was so happy they could work me in today! Emergency situation for me, the staff is amazing and the Dentist...Dr.Hartley is very gentle and caring. Now with that said, I'll have to see how I feel when I go back for the actual extraction, 😆 🤣 😂.

Very positive experience today, which is typical. Receptionist Leslie is cheerful, kind, helpful, knowledgeable. Jen is a very thorough hygienist. Dr. Doug personable, caring, knowledgeable, and takes his time with explanations and answering questions. His assistant is the best! I am thankful for quality dental care in our hometown Cicero!
