We ordered through Grubhub. For double cheese and a pepperoni with cheese, I’m not sure where the cheese went to but it wasn’t on the pizzas. I ordered 5, and all were only a touch of cheese and burned on bottom. One wasn’t even cut as you can see in the pic. I’ve had great experiences in the past but this order was terrible.

First off, the pizza is excellent. The ingredients is fresh and they are generous with the toppings. The manager is super nice and always makes sure the order is correct and the customer is taken care of. The dinning area is clean and outside of lunch it’s not crowded. If your ordering to go go on google and order it and they will have it ready when you arrive. This is a great spot to eat in montgomery!

They got the order completely wrong. One of the pizzas had the wrong crust and only half the toppings. The other was a 1 topping that didn't have any, and I am missing a brownie that I ordered. What I did get wasn't even good, and the few toppings were not spread out. Feels like a waste of $40... Edit: Bumped up to 2 stars, since they gave me a refund. I would say that is to be expected, but other places flat out refuse to refund, so I'll give them credit where credit is due.

I forget to get pictures until it's all FINISHED. On this evening I took my niece from Connecticut and she loved it!! The evening Manager was friendly and had the team rocking and rolling out customers orders effortless. He was even rotating to different stations with them. He made our pizza's and as usual they were delicious. One other note: when I order delivery from There to downtown; my pizza is ALWAYS STILL HOT!!!!! 👌

My experience here was great! The wait wasn’t too long at all, the food was fresh out of the oven and I could get any topping I want. For a personal sized pizza, it isn’t too bad . I felt full and satisfied with each bite and had 2 slices left over to eat. Friendly customer service and easy to navigate. I would come again next time to customize my next pizza! I got garlic butter, Alfredo, mozzarella cheese, regular chicken, spicy chicken, banana peppers and a little bit of spinach , and bacon on think crust .

Very delicious pizza! Vegan options love it, I got a gluten free pizza with vegan cheese, basil, spinach, onions, mushrooms, and more! So good, quick and easy service.

Terrible. Nearly inedible. We ordered pizzas for a group of 6. The cardboard boxes would have tasted better. The dough was flavorless and the texture chewy. The red sauce was watery and there little to no cheese. I also ordered a salad and the lettuce was brown. Dessert pizza and cheese sticks were also flavorless. The person working refused to give us a bag to carry our extra sauces we bought. Easily the worst pizza I have ever had. Our bill was $120 with tip. I feel robbed.

This was my first time visiting Pieology and I was conveniently impressed. Essentially, it is a build-your-own restaurant much like a few others in the area, however it is done with pizza and salad instead. Based on the locality of the restaurant, the pizza toppings are understandably ample in the choices, everything from pineapple to walnuts and sunflower seed kernels. I was heavily impressed. A big factor for me was the friendly and accommodating manager and staff. They were all very nice. I am lactose intolerant and my girlfriend just had gastric bypass, so, needless to say, we were somewhat difficult in our requests. But, Pieology did a very good job making a special pizza perfectly catered to our needs. 3/4 red sauce and meat, 1/4 cheese and spinach. I would highly recommend the restaurant. And I will be returning. The largest benefit to this restaurant for me is the healthiness of the food. Most people assume pizza to be greasy, or oil-laden, however the from thin crust, to the toppings, and on to the greenery, everything tastes clean and refreshing. Plus, the expediency of the staff waiting on us at our table was phenomenal. They brought the pizza to the table, took away the old pizza tray and our trash, and brought us additional sides for free per our request. All in all, great experience. Was extremely pleased.

I ordered online only to get there to be told they did not have the type of crust I wanted. I understand things happen, so it wasn’t a big deal until the person working behind counter was very rude. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one because I ordered online and I would have to go online to cancel. Can’t find how to cancel… So disappointed, this used to be one my favorite places to eat.

Went to pick up order and stood for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. Store had maybe 2 to 3 other people there. The employees clearly could care less about the job or me. At one point during the time I was waiting they made direct eye contact and continued on with whatever it was they were doing. Will not go back here.

A great place to go to customize your desired pizza! I got the Cauliflower Crust Sundried Tomatoes, Artichoke & Pesto blend, it was perfect!

The customization concept at this place is a culinary gem. I ventured into a delightful exploration with their dessert pizza with Nutella, pesto feta cheese bread, and a customised pizza. Each dish was a harmonious blend of flavors and creativity. The Nutella pizza, in particular, stood out my first encounter with such a unique treat, and it certainly surpassed expectations. A memorable and delectable experience overall.

This is the first disappointing experience I’ve received at this location. I ordered two pizzas online with cheese and different toppings. What I received was unacceptable. One pizza was scarce with toppings; the other was a disaster pics below). It had NO CHEESE at all, just toppings and crust. I contacted the manager on duty and she was actually nice about doing a remake but I wanted a refund. She stated she could not process a refund but the general manager would contact me the next day to do so. Of course the gm never did. I will never spend my money at this location again.

If you want good pizza, this is not the place for you… Ordered the supreme, and was given an undercooked, floppy, watery mess unfortunately. The pizza was so wet, you couldn’t pick it up without it falling apart. The best thing about my visit was the tart cherry lemonade.

My husband is vegan and LOVES their pizzas. They have vegan options and we appreciate that. There aren't too many vegan options in Montgomery. The pizzas are good and service is quick. From start to finish, you will have your pizza is 15 minutes. I love that the wait time isn't bad at all. The staff is friendly, the food is good, and you get it quickly.

Did pick up. The oogey gooey cheesebread was an abomination. If this is how they serve cheesbread they just need to stop. I hope this was a one time thing. Pizza was ok, cinnamon thing was ok, salad was ok, but everything tasted like garlic. Won't go back.

Really good made to order pizza! I was craving pizza today so I thought I would try pieology. I'm glad I did because I really enjoyed my lunch! The crust is thin and crispy and you can put any tons that you want for no additional charge. The pizza is probably large enough to split but I'm fat and it was delicious so I ate the whole thing.

Pizza was really good. Service is non existent. We walked in a had to get someone's attention to order our pizza. The older gentleman seemed to be bothered helping us like we disturbed him. He wasn't very friendly. Cashier was also pulling pizzas out of the oven and taking her time, waited 5 minutes for her to ring us up. After eating I placed a to go order and waited almost 30 minutes because the cashier didn't bother to notice who ordered the pizzas. 10-12 customers after me got their food and ate and or lept with their food. I asked 3 employees for my pizzas and NO ONE seemed to care. I got a bit annoyed and loud and someone finally figured out where the order was. Definitely not worth returning for the service.

I would give them a 3.75 but we can round up. The pizza was good but not what I ordered. I chose a pizza they have on their menu to keep it simple. I heard them asking and discussing what should go on it. They ended up subbing toppings for things they were out of without even asking me and the final product was hardly as described. But I like to think I'm an easy going customer and since it was still good I didn't contest it. I have been other times and it's always good and quick but not my first choice for pizza in the Gump. For equivocally a medium pizza or so it was around $15 with a drink. So price is moderate, it's not a value pizza.

All of our pizzas were amazing! Make your own pizza or choose from the suggestions on the menu.

Really good customized pizza! Sometimes the portions are different than others. I can go in and order olives on my pizza and get a decent amount but last time I went in they only put 3 olives on my pizza. Other than the odd portions at times, the pizza is really good and has a great flavor.
