I always like Moe's. The only suggestion would be a better way to put the salsa out. It's too many hands handling the salsa. Maybe they can give it out at the register, then when you give a tip, it's actually earned.

Staff very nice. Sunday is kids eat free. Plan accordingly. 😊

If you are looking for a quick take on southwestern food, Moe's is a great choice. The food is usually hot and the restaurant workers are pleasant. Dining room is clean

My nachos were really good. The food preps were nice and talkative. The food was prepares nicely.

Workers had me order queso knowing there was none available. Just had me standing there looking stupid. Nobody opened their mouth to inform the customer there is no queso. If there is no queso on the board . How you don't know there isn't none? Teresa the manager didn't inform me there wasn't any queso available. She just went about her merry Lil way. Mgr and worker should always let customer know item isn't available. Instead of no communication. She didn't care that I was inconvenienced just saying nobody knew the queso was cooking. Okay how you a me not knowing what is going on in your store. She has no control over her unprofessional workers. They didn't tell the other customers. That they will be waiting on their food cause their items weren't available either. Everyone on the clock was in zombie mode. Only worried about thir cell phones. Now I have to drive all the way to Prattville for good customer service.

There aren't enough staff for the heavy traffic of customers. They have too much on them to correctly fix your order. I don't like to speak loudly so I just take whatever they give me and I move along. I barely got half a scoop of chicken. I don't understand why they decided to get rid of white rice. The weird seasoning they put in the rice is offensive to those who can't have it. They increased the price. So they should accommodate everyone. They improved their selections for the worse. Lobby wasn't attended too. The icee machine was out of order so was the lemonade. The white rice should be in small pan option. The heating element isn't working properly the walk to the car the chicken was cold.

Staff is well trained, I always feel satisfied for the amount of ingredients they add. I am very picky and I ask precise quantity for everything. Few things very nominal and few things way more than usual customer but they do their job without a single sign of annoyance. I’m sorry but usually most of the Sub way maker and chipotle maker gets annoyed because of my precise request on each ingredients but here in similar food place they do their job with smile and I really really appreciate them. I wish I was blessed with so much of money that I would tip them with dollars instead of just words.

I used to eat at Moes a lot especially on Mondays then I went one day and the told me I had to have the app to get it, the Monday $5.99. My phone wasn’t equivalent enough when I got to the register it wouldn’t allow me. So now I’m holding up the line. The customer that was behind me offered for me to use his app to pay for my food. I do have a large family I’m all about even on the budget. This was very inconvenient for me being that some don’t have the type of phone to quickly create apps at the checkout register

I love the Zelda Road location. The others are not as nice, in my opinion. The food always tastes fresh, everything always looks clean, and the people are nicer and more interactive than the other locations, which is why I always go to this one. Tonight, someone stole my order off the counter-- Which was wild! But the people behind the counter made a fresh bowl for me and gave me a free burrito voucher for the trouble. :)

Last night we were hungry. We went to moes like 830pm. WELCOME TO MOE'S. It was good to here. Food was great. We finished eating after 9pm. The staff was cleaning up. I refilled my drink. Then I spilled it all over the place. I felt so bad. The manager said it's ok. He brought me a new cup. I said I came here when u first opened with my aunt and uncle. The manager said he opened the store 16 years ago, It was a great experience. Definitely will go back. It's hard to find a good meal near 9pm.

There is a woman that works at this location named Ann. She is absolutely splendid! She exudes outstanding customer service and assures a great overall experience for the customer! When visiting this location, seek out Ms. Ann and she will take care of you for sure! WELCOME TO MOE’S!!!

Service and atmosphere were all good but the food didn't live up to expectations. Steak that didn't look or taste like steak like what I was expecting from previous visits to location at East Chase. No unsweetened tea. Don't think I will be going back anytime soon.

I got the Homewrecker, which if I'm honest is the only thing I have ever ordered there. It was fantastic, but the chips were stale. Also, it cost $19.77 for a burrito, a drink, and small queso. I'm afraid I can't see spending that much on lunch for 1 person.

Food was great...I ordered via Uber Eats so I could eat in when I arrived. Only did so because I had a credit. Unfortunately, you cannot order fountain drinks via app. Additionally the app prices are more expensive 9.99 for two tacos 🌮 via app but 9.99 for 3 THREE tacos in store. Regardless, food was delicious and even though I had lots of toppings on my tacos they still did not skimp on the meats. Restaurant was clean with plenty of space two...perfect place to get away for a small office lunch with 5-10 coworkers.

I ordered online because they have a crowd as soon as they open. The majority of the staff are usually friendly and cheerful. The food is excellent and quickly prepared.

Service was lackluster. Burrito rolled terribly, falling apart terribly. A good ampunt of undercooked rice in the mix. Kitchen seemed dirty. Will not be going back. I love Moe's but this location was not good.

OVERALL THE FOOD IS GREAT IVE NEVER NOT WAS TREATED AND SERVED WITH ABSOLUTE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL TONIGHT I WENT IN WITH MY FIANCÉ AND THE GIRL THAT MADE OUR ORDER WAS OUT RIGHT RUDE .. we had no problem waiting until she finished the orders she was working on when we entered however as she was taking my order I saw that the ground beef was really low to the point she was scraping the container I asked was there any more ground beef she said to me “I can’t see” … VERY RUDE!!.. after having to decide on another choice of meat she passed my food down and the next person asked me questions was very patient and I also saw the lettuce was low as I said lettuce she said she had to get some and she did so… that’s the difference in good customer service that I witnessed tonight I didn’t have to ask the second girl anything she did her job and definitely took care of me and such a nice business with other positive workers shouldn’t and don’t deserve a bad review but I had to mention it. I’ll b back for the food and continue to express

Food was great and the staff was even better. The manager (pm?) young man with a strong beard was doing a great job leading the crew. Positive vibes in the dinning room, we’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the entire staff for holding it down!

Okay I am impressed. For a fast food style restaurant, this place stood up and delivered. Amazing serving sizes and were super accommodating to my request for a burrito but placed in a bowl so it didn’t fall apart when wrapped. Instead of skimping on my protein choice, they made it fresh. One of the rare places to offer tofu and as a vegetarian, I appreciate it so much. Love the different salsa options. I would not hesitate to come back here.

It was busy, but the employees were fast and friendly. Food was great.

Had the granda burrito and man it was as great with pork. Next time need to double the meat. The red sauces were great and the green like fire but good inside the burrito. I'm coming back here.

It was my first time going to Moe's, I did a group order to go and it was close to getting everything right, they just missed putting one more Queso dip in my bag but we just ended up splitting someone else dip instead of going back, but you're bound to miss something ordering for a big group so overall good food and service.

Good food. The fresh jalapeños are great! As always, the chips and salsa are real good. You guys should try to get another couple highchairs.

Not the best, but understand supply is struggling to catch up. Just not as good as it was when Moe's first opened and you got a real full homewrecker.

I thought it was a friendly establishment and they made a great tasting "Homewrecker" bowl. It was easy to accommodate a vegan diet here.

The steak wasn't seasoned but the staff was awesome and the place was super clean despite having a ton of people eating there. The bathroom didn't have any paper towels.
