We
started
looking
around
for
venues
so
we
could
celebrate
our
wedding
with
a
small
group
of
our
friends
and
family….family
from
Cali,
Springfield
Illinois
and
Chicago.
When
we
met
with
Britni
of
capital
city
club
initially
she
was
great.
We
noticed
things
were
different
at
the
tasting
for
the
final
preparation
of
food
for
the
evening.
The
day
of,
when
we
got
there
at
1
as
we
were
told
the
doors
were
locked,
it
was
no
indication
that
a
wedding
was
even
being
performed….finally
they
opened
the
doors
to
get
in….now
one
big
reason
we
picked
Capital
was
bc
it
came
with
everything….staff,
food,
cake,
liquor,
decorations
etc….some
of
our
guest
that
flew
in
were
early
and
wanted
a
cocktail
while
they
waited…this
is
when
it
all
turned
bad.
The
staff
was
extremely
rude
even
though
are
guest
said
they
would
pay
for
the
drinks….
I
asked
Britni
if
it
was
possible
and
she
told
me
they
didn’t
start
serving
until
6.
We
were
told
we
could
get
dressed
here
at
the
venue….y’all
they
put
my
wife
in
a
kitchen
area
with
no
mirrors
for
her
to
even
see
how
she
looked,
makeup,
hair
clothes
etc….me
I
was
giving
a
bar
area,
again
no
mirrors
or
outlets
for
us
to
use…I
told
my
wife
let’s
just
use
the
bathrooms….the
staff
wasn’t
friendly
as
the
guest
began
to
arrive…instantly
we
were
told
the
staff
was
very
unfriendly
and
not
welcoming…we
were
told
we
could
use
the
piano,
when
I
asked
Britni
if
we
could
pls
have
the
piano
as
discussed
she
gave
me
a
very
nasty
look
and
then
told
her
staff
to
accommodate
me….we
didn’t
expect
profanity
to
be
used
but
we
are
all
adults
and
I
get
it
tempers
will
flare
up,
but
from
your
staff
to
use
vulgar
language
with
our
guest,
well
let’s
jus
say
bad
taste.
We
were
told
the
tables
would
be
set
up
and
decorated
and
they
weren’t….the
staff
was
looking
to
decorate
while
we
were
getting
ready
smh…..bad
management,
poor
staff
help,
bad
customer
service….The
Venue
itself
was
very
nice
but
what
makes
it
bad
is
the
help…we
started
out
excited
to
be
there
but
at
the
end
we
were
very
disappointed
to
say
the
least.
