What a great area and place to walk, relax and reflect. This park was dedicated in 2002 by the vice president of the US. There are very large areas for picnicing, walking, playing with your dog, and enjoying the outdoors. The park contains several landmarks like the art museum as well as a cultural museum. FREE Parking is all around the park. Open dawn to dusk.

This park wonderful and very big ! I see a lot of young family come here and seat with together! They are happy and drinking and eating! Oh my god ! We have two side in this park ! Entrance from up and Woodmere Bolivar and entrance from south from Vaughn Road ! The both side interesting but in south they have other park for dog and in north side they have fine art museum and big theater memorial place ! You can schedule time for see different program in it . Really I love here. Other question! Did you find restroom in park ? I didn’t find ! I think they don’t have.

Beautiful park with rolling hills and pretty paved walkways. We stopped here for a place to stretch our legs and let our dogs stretch theirs during the last leg of a road trip. The weather helped, but this park is spacious and lovely. Even with a dozen or so cars parked in the lot, we still.only saw a couple people since the park is so large.

I've been walking here for a while I love going early in the a.m. while it's still kinda cool. Beautiful green grass and trees. Always clean. Fresh air is is a plus. The ponds are soothing.

Nice park. I been coming here for years. What would make it better if there were seats every so many steps and if some of the routes were re-done because when it rain the water cover the sidewalk.

This has been my prime picnic spot with friends for years. During COVID, I’ve taken a blanket and a book right before sunset to read and enjoy the scenery. This is a perfect place for friends and family to soak up the sun.

Great place to walk, exercise, picnic and/or play with the children. Has a dog Bark Park too!

Gorgeous park that sits on almost 80 acres of natural setting. It has a duck pond with turtles sunning themselves, walking trails, gorgeous bridges and is home of the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts and the Alabama Shakespeare Festival! Also important to note is there is a dog park here where your pup is welcome! On the day I visited, it was sparsely inhabited, but I expect the weekends would get busy. So peaceful!

Really nice, well manicured, winding pathways throughout the immense park with 2 small lakes, sectioned dog park, bridges, great for picnics, walking, jogging or biking, plenty of places to park your car, recommend going early in the day before noon or evening or days when their is full sun

Seen a lot of injured ducks , one with a broken or injured wing and injured leg all at once and one with an injured leg they could barely maneuver . If possible someone should come out and check it out for them
