    Good coffee drinks like any Starbucks. Fell and thank goodness the only two customers in the store helped me up because the floor was so slick it was hard to regain my balance and I don't know how I would have helped myself up. The employees pretended not to see me even though I was the only one to come in to the store for 3-5 minutes. Grateful that all I got was a scratch on my knee and bruised dignity. Beautifully decorated store with a nice patio. Beware of smooth floor that did not look wet and was very slick and don't count on employees to help. I wonder what would have happened if there had been no customers to help me. I made sure to thank both of the gentlemen who helped me before I left with my drink. I have gone back to the drive through and had no issues. That time I had friendly service with virtually no wait. I do want to be clear that I don't think this was malicious. I suspect it was just poor employee training and supervision. I would like to think they would have acted if someone had been seriously hurt but who knows. Update - The coffee quality has changed and now I hit the Starbucks in Plainfield by Red-Robin they do a great job!

    They never put stoppers in the coffee for drive-through orders. So when I went and got my coffee today The barista handed me my coffee very quickly and it spilled all over my hand burning it. Just put a stopper in my coffee. It’s not that hard. The kids here are lazy

    Me and my friends ordered a cakepop in the name of elmo to give the workers a laugh and they decided to draw elmo on the bag aswell as give us 2 cakepops instead of one. I go there almost everyday now. But I've also been there, gotten my drink off the app, and waited 45 minutes for it but never got it and left. I asked for it multiple times to them saying they were behind. That was unacceptable.

    Staff is always friendly, and even though the lines are long, they move pretty quickly which I appreciate.

    This location has been out of berries for as long as i can remember. Today i got a dragon fruit refresher that was really bitter. They did remake it for me but even then it was extremely bitter to the point it felt like the girl was doing it on purpose. It was water clear with a hint of sweetness. This has been the worst drink ive had from Starbucks in a while. I do appreciate them "trying" to redo it but after the second drink and no change of taste i decided to just accept it and leave. Definitely would've preferred a refund and given them their cup of water back though.
