Dr. Bockhorst and Erin were so friendly, patient, and professional. They made sure I was comfortable the whole appointment and answered all of my questions. My appointment started on time and they got me out of the office in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Blue Ash Dental to any of my friends or family!

Great first visit for my 11-year old daughter. Dr. Bockhorst, Karissa and Jen were all very friendly, informative and efficient. Came in for a cleaning and ended up needing additional work done, which they were able to accommodate us with all in one visit instead of having to come back. I had the pleasure today of visiting the Blue Ash Dental Group for dental crowns. Although visiting the dentist can be a challenge Shannon and Dr. Detmer did an excellent job. The procedure was painless, thorough and quick. Furthermore I would like to pay a compliment to Shannon for her patience, professionalism and outstanding work. I was enameled with their service. Truly an amalgamation of kindness and thoroughness. Incisive insights into the health of your mouth. You'll be abscessed with them. You'll want to come back for molar. But really. They're great. Top notch customer service. Asked lots of questions and really show they care. Your teeth are truly in good hands. This was my first experience at Blue Ash Dental Group after leaving another Cincinnati dental practice. The office was clean and bright, the waiting room was spacious, and my wait time was less than 5 minutes. Jen was my hygienist/dental assistant and she was incredibly personable and pleasant. Dr. Bockhorst evaluated my specific issue (a broken filling) immediately, which I appreciated that they were able to address on my very first visit. They took the time to call my insurer to check the cost of any procedure before performing the work. (I chose the filling). Those calls took a bit of time and patience but it was fine. Everything seemed very sanitary and I would absolutely visit again.

This place is amazing! From the front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist! Was able to get in quickly. Stephanie has been so super sweet, comforting, and thorough! Dr. Bockhorst was so kind and informative in answering all of my questions, and is just all around a really kind person. I'm so glad I joined this group for my dental care!

Everyone is so nice and kind. At the time of the appointment being scheduled, it should be explained what will happen at the appointment and that you have to meet with a representative to go over pricing. Not many people have time to wait for a consultation to get work done. Not much consideration for this. If I schedule for a cleaning, the cleaning needs to be completed same day!

Sadie and Emily took care of me at the beginning of December and did a phenomenal job. My appointment was going to be rescheduled but they were able to squeeze me. They worked as a power duo, making me feel comfortable and informed. I highly recommend.

What a welcoming, state of the art dentist. Amazing care and promptness from the first call to schedule through the entire first appointment. My cleaning was blissfully enjoyed in a massage chair! Hygienist Emily was respectful, personable, friendly, efficient and all around great. Dr. Laugani was skilled, knowledgeable and informative. Erin and Dr. Bockhurst are truly interested in their patients’ dental health. They are so caring and thorough with everything and are very encouraging of your home care.
