This place used to not be so bad at all. But now, it's possibly one of the worst Subways. Horrible service and long waits will leave you hungry and a bad taste in your mouth. This place gets heavy traffic and you would think that it would add a few extra people to keep up with demand...Nope. Prepare to wait in long lines. The people working here don't care about quality or service. Most of the time they don't engage customers with talk. I was ignored the past few times while the employee talked to her friend at Dunkin Donuts which sits just 10 feet away inside the same gas station. I have seen some questionable practices when if come to food prep and cleanliness. I had a employee drop a dressing bottle on the floor, nozzle side down and was going to use it until another employee said that "You should probably wash it" and motioned to me, as if 'Hey, if nobody sees...who cares what hits the floor'. This location needs a serious overhaul to get it running efficiently and to get staff caring about what they do. Until then, I will not be visiting this location again and I suggest you do the same.

I ordered the #9 The Champ Series sandwich as on the menu as a melt. The server prepared the sandwich like a regular sandwich only cutting through part way and adding the regular amount of cheese. She added the peppers and onions and then went to put it in the oven. I told her I wanted a melt, she said it was, I said the melts are done in the bags, she looked at me angrily and went for the other server in the back room. The other server came back in and finished preparing my sandwich, she asked if I wanted anything else, I said no. She put it in the bag and melted it. When I got home I noticed the cheese and chicken were still cold in the sandwich and there was no peppercorn ranch. I went back to the store and addressed the server who knew how to make the melt. I told her that my sandwich wasn't cooked fully and was missing the ranch. She said she showed me the sandwich and asked me if I wanted anything else. I told her that I thought the first server had added the ranch already, since it was supposed to be a melt. She argued with me that she had set the temperature right on the oven and that she had showed me. I asked if she was arguing with the customer. The other server offered to put the sandwich back in (after I had already taken it home) and add some ranch. I suggested that would be against health code. The server that argued with me said they can't give me a free sandwich. I advised it wouldn't be a free one, it would be the one that I had already ordered. I said "forget about it" and advised I would reach out to management in the morning. The Milton Subway I normally visit is on top of everything and always friendly. They would never argue with a customer.

Ordered some subs online for the first time and picked them up. Much, much easier. I was able to go to the front of the very long line and just grab the food. The only complaint is they didn't have the soda ready. You can select what kind you want online, but then have to fill them yourself (not a huge deal, but I had a lot of drinks to get and didn't think I'd have to remember them).

This subway tends to be low on bread among other things early on in the day, only because they havent had a chance to stock everything up. This location also is very over worked being at one of the busiest intersections in Franklin County. Sometimes it effects the quality of the experience.

Very convenient location right near hotel, gas station and car wash. Rough looking staff. Makes the Dunkin Donuts (the counters are 3 feet away from each other) seem appetizing.

The rudest and worst service you will ever see. We stood in line for 10 minutes and were not even acknowledged. They were making 5 sandwiches ordered online.... so I guess walk in customers are ignored. The line workers chatted to each other and ignored me when i asked if I could order. I dont know who the manager or owner is... but he/she needs to get a handle on these workers and teach customer service. We walked out. Didnt order.

Food is decent, every subway is the same. This location never participates in the subway promos so you’re always paying full price. Nothing but greed by the owner. It sure isn’t from lack of customers because they’re always busy.

One girl started making my club sandwich, only put one kind of meat on it and then took her gloves off and said another girl will take care of me. The other girl was nice but obviously didn't know what kind of sandwich I wanted since the first one just walked away.

Update your hours. I arrived at 8pm to find that Dunkin was open for breakfast but Subway was closed. That’s right I said 8pm.
