Didn’t know this place was still around. I would go to Schlotzsky’s along time ago growing up in the Midwest glad to see one. So I had to go food was excellent the little pizza flatbread and a good old sandwich can’t go wrong. I’ll be back thanks guys.

Prices are a bit higher than other locations, but still a decent lunch.

Schlotzky’s is always a favorite! The bread and meats are superb! I went for the soup and sandwich today and it hit the spot. The tomato basil is fantastic. The service was quick and friendly. The dinning room needed to be cleaned with crumbs on the tables. The health rating was a 88…. I looked in the kitchen being it’s open to the dining room and it appeared clean.

I love their beef and cheddar sandwiches and also their pizzas. I believe this is the best best sandwich place in Montgomery,Alabama. The place is always very clean and everyone is very friendly and customer service oriented. If you haven’t tried them yet you need to.

The drive-through clerk was so rude! I asked question about what the sizes of the combos were in reference to. She got loud and very snippy. I could understand if it was during rush hour, but there was no one behind us, and it was very late at night. She never once greeted me or said hello or have a good evening.

Absolutely rude staff. I could not make out what the drive thru clerk was saying so I asked her to repeat herself and she got rude and raised her voice. I told her it wasn't her volume that was the issue and the told me to just pull around. When I did she was short with me and had a nasty attitude when I asked questions. No need to be in customer service if you don't want to talk to customers. Then want to charge 14$ for a sandwich. Absolutely absurd.

The sandwich was good. But I suggest not trying to dine in 20 minutes before closing bc they will rush you out of there. They hover when they are about to close.

1st time going and our food was great and the service was excellent. We asked for extra toppings after our sandwiches were made and they were very accommodating.

1st time here ordered for pick up salad was not fresh lettuce was dirty & tomatoes were old. Sandwich was really good. Disappointed.

They was so rude. It was 3 employees their. I'm normally patient but some stuff is just too much. The app wasn't working correctly so she pushed me to the side (instead of getting the manager) took all the guest in line. Then look at the reward and say it's not active and walked off. Then the man comes even more rude. He asked what I wanted and walked off🤦🏽‍♀️ came back took the order and was rushing. I wanted meals he only rung up the sandwiches. Then we was gone dine in he rung it to go. Then walked off never told me to insert my card. No one said hey how are you, thank you, have a nice day.

Just moved here and decided to try out this place for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly, the food came out fast and was very fresh and warm. The pizza and calzone breading is soft and thick. The dining room was also very clean. Almost finished our food and decided to finally take a picture for this review because it was that good.

This is one of my Main favorite spots in Montgomery. I'm so happy with the consistancy of the quality in food and experience every time. They really seem to value customers.

There were 4-5 Postal Trucks parked there, so that ought to tell you how good & fast it is since Postal workers only get 30-minute lunch breaks. After seeing that, I half expected a dozen squad cars to roll in & a fire truck pull up because they apparently get on your order quick. Our meals were delivered in a timely manner and they brought them out to us even though we were sitting all the way out front because we didn't want to leave our dog in the car.

Amazing food and staff were really good 😄. I would love to visit again

It's been a really long time since I had Schlotzsky's. Probably 15 or more years back in California. I moved here 5 months ago and saw there was one here. We finally visited last week. I had the pastrami Reuben and he had the chicken club. Both were really good. We had the salt and vinegar chips which are their own brand and very good!! The restaurant was clean and the service was fast!! Thanks for a nice dining experience.

Schlotzsky's is a great sandwich and pizza place! I personally always get the roast beef and cheese or a Pepperoni w 3 cheese pizza. Both are great and fairly quick.

Let's be clear. I love Schlotzsky's and was excited to find one here in Montgomery, AL! Unfortunately, they are apparently in such a hurry during the lunch hour that they forget how to make a sandwich. I ordered a pastrami reuben on rye (my favorite) and a turkey avocado to go. They put turkey on both. Luckily I was watching the prep and caught it, so they had to go back and put the pastrami on, but then forgot the swiss cheese. The small turkey avocado had no mayo on it at all, so it was dry as a bone. I tried to call them after I got home to complain a bit, but the phone rang and rang and when it was picked up, I was disconnected. Called back, and this time it was picked up quickly but no one answered. I'll go back, but I'm going to watch them like a hawk when they're prepping and open the sandwiches up before I leave, because apparently someone doesn't know what they're doing.

This is such a great restaurant, but terrible employees and owners. Drive thru needs to be trained on how to use the head set. They kept asking for my order, but I guess was talking to people inside the store. With the head set on. And kept telling me they weren't talking to me. How would I know? Booooooo! Save your self the head ache and just go to another deli instead.

Food was quick and good, but dining area was nasty. Yes, Coca~Cola had 4 trucks there and was redoing the soda machines, so I understand only having lemonade and sweet tea available, but that's no excuse for tables and floor being dirty.

The pepperoni pizza was great. Also split a #1 with my wife and we loved it. They also have Cinnabon! Coke Zero too! Really great sandwiches.

Came here to try to eat. They have gluten free pizzas listed on the menu, but don't actually have any. Bathrooms were closed. Guy at the register kept walking off to talk on his phone. Ended up just leaving.

I’ve always had a great experience at this place. The owner placed my order and it was ready for me in 5 mins. The lady who was making my sandwich was working very hard I can tell…. But when I told her I was vegetarian and to use a clean knife she did without any problem or making any faces. Best sandwich place in town!!
