Updated review from April 20th Landon in the Bakery was so so so helpful to me! I had a cake and several cupcakes and was overwhelmed! I had my two baby’s with me, 2 under 2, and it was so hard to navigate everything and she got me a buggy, push the buggy around to help me get my birthday supplies, and push the buggy to the register. Honestly Vonn at the deli counter is AMAZING. She’s friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have a lot of allergies and she made it a point to help me. I have never experienced such quality customer service. Thank you Vonn!

I just had enough with this location. Today, is my last day coming here. The deli is always missing something, and they blame it on the truck delaying. Which I understand, but they use that excuse more times they often, the employees there simply want to give the bear minimum when it comes to customer service, especially the deli department. This location has terrible leadership, and I'm over it coming here. The deli Food is not worth all that time waiting in line, and I recommend others to go to a different publix. I asked to speak the Manager today and no where in sight. Employees need more training. I was going to this location 4-5 times a week because it's close to my job and church but I'm going others places from now on where they treat loyal customers with respect

Love this Publix !! I enjoy the variety the cleanliness, the great service.. and the deli is excellent ..I have purchased both deli sandwiches and take away meals ..Both are beyond words recommend you try this supermarket for all your needs..

Publix is a very good store. Allergy merchandise is very fresh and everyone who works there always is available to help you.

Great store with any and almost everything that you may need grocery wise. Sliced meats in the Deli section, fresh seafood on ice. Point to what you want and how much of it that you want and there it is. Don't feel like cooking. No problem. Ready cooked food that you can purchase by the pound or as a complete lunch or dinner depending on the time of the day that you are there. You definitely get what you want and need here!

I do miss Publix. Moved to SoCal in May and there just isn't an equivalent in our suburb of L.A. as crazy as that is. Xmas eve rush but I was in and out relatively quickly and the deli alone is worth the trip. Wish the Publix chain heiress wasn't such a terrible person but her stores are great.

Sticker shock! This was my first experience at publix (I'm not from this state), and I was shocked by the prices. Everything else was great, the variety, the freshness, the cleanliness, the check out.

I visited 2 days in a row shopping for dry ice. The first day was very nice and every one was nice and friendly. The next morning a very unfriendly customer service lady sold me dry ice and she was quite unpleasant in not speaking to me. Then complaining that one of the other cashiers should help me.

The associates are very helpful. Especially the Deli. Kryslin is one of the sweetest, most helpful associates I've met. She really cares about her customers and their needs. The store is very clean and well stocked. Everyone is nice and helpful.

Overall, it was a great place to shop. Found all I needed, and the food is fresh. Love how they have meals to go seasonal. Great fresh seafood 😋 and meats. Their fruits and vegetables are also fresh 😋. The staff is very polite and friendly. They will also help you to your car 🚗 😉.

Bakery lady offered me help and had a beautiful smile to help me pick out my donut. Deli on the other hand, said a customer had quote “a stank attitude” and were openly talking about their customers very loud. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. Self checkout was fast and easy and the lady working between 4:40-5pm ish was very nice. She had short black hair. I expected more from Publix, but I feel this is a common theme with the deli now a days.

I have been wanting to submit for a very long time. I live in Prattville, but I do most of my shopping at this store location. There are several people who work at this location who make my drive worthwhile. In the deli, Kichelle C, Jennifer B, Kryslin C, and John D are phenomenal. They remember my order every time I come in. I have never seen any of these workers in a bad mood. They have excellent customer service and go out of their way to make sure to bring a smile to my face when they see me. In th e produce department, Aaron is constantly keeping things looking perfect. Even when he has his hands full, he goes out of his way to help me find anything that I need. Last, in grocery, Laura G. Has one of the most kindness and helpful personalities of anyone I’ve ever encountered. Every time I go into the store, I see Laura go out of her way to help someone. I don’t know a lot of people who enjoy grocery shopping or spending money, but these people at this location make me actually look forward to visiting on a weekly basis! They should be commended.

Had to go by to pick up a prescription for a family member. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I have no complaints with Publix. It's my favorite store in Montgomery. The produce is the best. The meat selections are always fresh and well trimmed, and if you want a special cut. They will gladly do that for you as well.

Had a sub sandwich from the deli and it was delicious. Better than subway. Fresh ingredients and made the way I like it. The bread was so tasty. I will definitely return to the deli and recommend it to anyone looking for a light and very tasty meal, salad and or sandwich. Publix Deli counter is the place.

My first visit to this Publix store. Very clean. The help all was very nice. Evan a young girl sacked the groceries and put them in the cart. I pushed my cart to the car. As I turned around, there was the young girl . She loaded the groceries into the car for me. She was really helpful. I have never been to a store with that kind of help.

I love this pharmacy. The pharmacist is always professional and provides extending customer service. I like that I can receive text messages confirming when my prescription is ready for pickup and the price of each prescription is listed. I have always shopped at Publix this is truly one of my favorite grocery store. Thank you always providing the most amazing customer service.

Eric who works at the customer service desk is always so very helpful to me. He helped me with a ride in cart and made sure it was charged up. I walk with a cane right now because my knees are bad and he kept the cane for me behind the counter until I was finished shopping. He has a pleasant smile, always says hello and ready to assist. of all local supermarkets, Publix has, by far, the best .. bakery - including the best pizza dough around, bagels, water rolls, free cookies for my kids butcher - best selection of red meats, deli - boars head products Publix branded products - always good and cost effective, including Publix pizza sauce .. everyone I have ever met is very polite and helpful. Usually 2/$5 = 1/$2.5, where other stores require you to purchase a certain amount to get their sale rate Thanks Publix!

Clean, well stocked, friendly service and quick checkout. All of the things you would want in a grocery shopping experience. Self checkout is quick and accepts tap to pay and digital wallets.

Publix Super Market at Cornerstone is meh to me. It's nice by 'bama standards, I guess, but it's dated and absolutely standard-at-best by Serattle standards and by most measures for an urban (if one can even call Montgomery urban) grocer. It's clean. They have a decent selection of non-Southern foods (i.e. actually edible, more healthy stuff that isn't totally artery clogging or junk foods). The produce selection for this part of the world doesn't suck. Not saying much. On a recent visit, the fresh Brussels sprouts looked as though they'd been dragged across the floor. Lordy. So much here is frankenfood and/or full of hydrogenated oils, palm oils, HFCS and such. They DO get props for having a well-stocked international grocery section, so 3.25 stars? And, they have a small selection of healthier food, the fare that dominates in larger, and especially non-Southern suoermarkets. Otherwise, Publix is nothing more than a less-lame option in a mediocre grocery store landscape (most of Alabama).

Marvelous service and great meat selection. The fruit on the other hand not so good. The strawberries and the blueberries are never fresh not what I am accustomed to from a publix but still great service great service and a excellent selection.

Went to pick out a birthday cake today for my husband birthday. The baker service rep was very professional and pleasant. They had a great selection the Van cake with buttercream was delicious 😋

Always clean. Good customer service. Surprisingly some of the shelves were empty. But not I shouldn't be surprised with Covid and the holidays rolling thru. High full prices and truck drivers not getting paid there worth

It's Sunday at 3:00 p.m. I'm at the Publix and there's two registers open with only three sub checkouts open. The lines are halfway down the aisle and this is ridiculous. You people should know that you need people on a sunday. With all the managers standing around doing nothing you can think one of them would open up a register

As usual my visit was AWESOME. Staff is great even the other shoppers r great. Clean smell gud smiles everywhere. Luv it

I honestly don’t think I have ever had a problem at this Publix ever since it opened. Always clean, well stocked, and all the staff is always super friendly. Of all the Publix stores in the area, this one is my favorite.

The Homemade Red Potato Salad is one and only. Vegetarian friendly choices are plenty. Bought a bad watermelon, it was cold from the fridge wasn't fresh. Benefit of doubt failed me. I am a huge watermelon fan, and today Publix did not disappoint. They had amazing watermelons from South Carolina. I can't wait to try it. Thank you Publix.

Very clean and organized. Before the pandemic the shelves were always stocked. Even now with shortages, etc., they still do their best to keep everything stocked when it's available. Great customer service as always.

We went especially because our grandchildren 4&6, from Atlanta said the bakery would give them a cookie. We spend several hundred dollars. The lady who ran the Bakery was extremely Rude! No cookie, finished ! Never looked up. Check out the cake

Publix has started giving away samples on Saturdays. They were set up all over the store with a variety of tasty treats to choose from. This was refreshing. Also, the store was setup so pretty for Valentine’s Day!

Staff is always friendly, helpful. Store is always clean..fresh produce is artfully presented..Deli .....Cakes...Pastries are delicious. It doesn't matter which staff member you ask for assistance , for example, where a particular item is located in the store, that staff member knows, without hesitation. Beautiful atmosphere.

I love this place. The deli has fresh and delicious food. I love the wings and ribs. The store is always clean and organized. The workers are nice and very helpful. The seafood department steams your food when ask. They also have three different seasonings to choose from.
