Beautiful
and
serene
island
that
houses
the
ghost
town
of
Spectre
plus
a
whole
lot
of
goats.
We
visited
in
the
beginning
of
June,
and
not
that
many
people
were
on
the
island
although
the
weather
was
perfect
for
it.
Some
came
to
spend
a
few
hours
there,
some
the
whole
day.
For
a
small
fee,
it
is
possible
to
camp
on
the
island
overnight,
which
I
absolutely
recommend
doing.
We
went
in
our
campervan
and
unfortunately,
due
to
a
tight
schedule,
could
only
spend
1
night
on
the
island.
It
was
magnificent
-
immersed
in
nature
-
and
we
would
have
loved
to
spend
more
time
there.
There
are
clean
toilets
and
a
shower
available,
picnic
spots
and
benches,
as
well
as
access
to
the
lake
for
fishing
or
swimming.
The
sites
for
camping
have
a
fire
pit,
and
I
believe
there
is
one
spot
with
hook-up.
The
goats
are
friendly
and
cute,
typically
minding
their
own
business,
but
if
you
offer
them
an
apple
or
some
grasses,
they
will
happily
accept
and
the
bolder
ones
will
then
seek
you
out
again
and
again
for
more
snacks.
