A selection of baristas work their butts off and make consistently good drinks and food. Recent external hiring of inept and unqualified management has led to continuous turnover, poor staffing and morale, ineffective training of new hires, drastic change in operating hours, excessive wait times from Company Operated Store standards, poor execution of service, and decline in perceived third-place experience. This store once thrived with great energy, high standards, a sense of community within the village, and consistency and has fallen into ruin, only kept standing by the passionate commitment to excellence exhibited by Abbey, Audi, Bailey, Derek, Christian, and Dani.

This Starbucks is top notch. Every time I go here I am very pleased with my purchases and even more pleased with how I am treated by the employees. Gloria and Jen will take care of you during the day They always have a smile on their face. If you want really good service and a good cup of coffee go to this Starbucks

Where do I begin? Rude employees or the terrible food, maybe dirty counters? Breakfast sandwich so over microwaved could not eat it because couldn't bite thru the muffin. Or the fact that each drink was wrong. After coming in to pick up a large order, instead of it being placed together, it was scattered thru out the other orders. I asked if I could get a drink carrier since I had 6 drinks and food. The employees totally ignored me. After asking a second time, one stated, "We don't have any," and walked away. Now Starbucks, your business is drinks, right? No drink holders??? Did you expect me to make a tower and balance with one hand so I could utilize the other to open doors? I guess I could have used the sticky stuff now on my hands from the dirty counter to glue the order together. I was fortunate enough that another customer picking up was just as shocked, helped me to carry the order, and opened doors. Clearly see in photo not ice means means ice and no strawberries. Unfortunately, when in Lemont, I would suggest any of the Dunkins over Starbucks.

Izzy went above and beyond for me today. I had grabbed a juice. I didn't see that it was expired but izzy caught it right away and looked for a new one for me. They did not have the same flavor as it is being discontinued. :( BUT izzy made me an acia strawberry drink and just really wanted to make me feel better. And she did a great job! Izzy you are worth your weight in gold ✨️ 💛 However, I must critique the remodel, a very open space has now turned into what looks like a cramped subway station. It's a shame really. Can't even really face your family and friends anymore...

Been to a lot of Starbucks before this is a fantastic one. The staff is very friendly and calls people by name all the time. A lot of repeat business and a lot of the same people are in there which is great. Atmosphere is warm clean and friendly outside seating is gorgeous comfortable and their shade.. sometimes people even bring their small dogs to drink coffee outside but them which is cute. Food is great and a good value if in the area it's a must visit! There are also several other shops to visit around there as well something for everybody in that mini mall

Ordered a grande triple latte upside-down. It was made sloppy with zero froth so it basically looked like coffee with to much cream added, and the outside of the cup was badly stained with espresso. This location is my least favorite Starbucks.

Why does my cold brew taste so watered down lately all the time now? The coffee isn’t even as strong like it use to be maybe cause the holidays and they can’t keep up with the over night brewing not so sure? I come here everyday before work. I get a drink that cost me 8.99 and then get asked to tip on top of it? I get it’s not mandatory but do anyways yet the complaint I have is it taste like water now what’s going on and I don’t even bother to complain cause I’ll be late for work just bought my own coffee maker for this reason. I will save a ton now especially it won’t taste like water. So gross! I usually get a cold brew with sweet cream cold foam added caramel that’s 8.99? Now get this I don’t get extra caramel anymore and somehow that cost only around 5 something so your telling me some squirts of caramel is a extra charge of $4 who’s in charge of the pricing cause I get maybe a $1 or $2 but I will stop coming here from now on if I’m ever in need of a coffee now I go to Dunkin that coffee is strong too now that’s where it’s at no more $9 watered down coffee for me no thanks!!!!

Didn't offer me pup cups when I had brought both my dogs just to get pup cups. Will change review when they fix that issue. I brought them just for that reason they didn't even say hi to my dogs after seeing them both. My dogs mean the world to me.

Its a beutiful sunday morning and I am exited to go get my favorite coffee and start my morning just right. I walk in the store no hello or anything all I see is frouning faces like the staff dose not want to be there and it really bumb me out tbh did not feel welcomed. The food display is empty there are pallets on the floor just a mess. The employee was like "were short staffed today" and its not even busy I was going to sugest then to drink an expresso shot maybe that would make them smile say hello to customers and get their stuff ready for the day. I get my coffee and the staff dose not even call out my drink like "guess when ur coffee is ready" next time I rather go to mcdonalds or dunkin donuts even tho their coffee is not as fancy at least I will get a warm goodmorning!

Really efficient staff and super kind. I love that every week they feature a baristas favorite, I've tried so many new drinks

When we were waiting for our cookie they for got to do it. They only forgot for 2 min and they gave us cake pops!

Make sure you ask for them to repeat your order back to you after you order! They're really really nice but they get my drink wrong every time lol.

Ordered a drink halfway filled with water and splash of milk they fill all they way and when I ask them to fix it they don’t even remake they just dump half of it our poor costumer service

I love the workers there they are all friendly. I live in chicago but I'll drive all the way to lemont because of the people.

I know it’s a short staffing problem but when ordering on the app it should tell you the wait time is not 5-10 mins but closer to 15-30 Hard to grab Coffee on the go when there is no go.

Nothing bad to say about Starbucks, it's delicious, this Starbucks in particular may have a bit of a wait but the flavors are on point.

No fault of the location that I went to but they are severely short staffed. It was difficult to go get my coffee on my lunch break because you cannot order ahead you cannot go inside the building and the drive-thru line is so long and takes forever to get through. I will say that the staff was incredibly friendly very upbeat and courteous.

It’s amazing that drive thru is priority when you stand inside for 20 mins and get your coffee. Why have an inside if your not going to serve your customers there.

I understand this place gets really hectic and I have a good amount of patience. To add, I don't usually get Starbucks frequently. So lets start. I decided to order online yesterday and everything was timed fairly quickly. Today though...I had ordered 3 drinks and only got 2. Still waiting waiting....nothing. Check my order online to see wth is going on. "Sold out at this location" Instead of waiting, can someone from the other side just say "Hey so and so, your order is not available" will suffice. From my understanding I did not get a refund for that 1 drink. Yes I could have said something, although as crazy as Starbucks is with Staff running around, it's just not worth it in my eyes.
