Fantastic! Andrew Logan is probably best known for his "Alternative Miss World" competition but is a sculptor and jeweller as well. This odd little museum is tucked away in a corner of a tiny village in mid-Wales and is not to be missed. Featuring works from all periods of his life - largely in broken mirror and found objects - there is work from the AMW competitions, collaborations with Zandra Rhodes and Divine as well as miscellaneous works.

Most stimulating and intriguing collection of fabulous objects made from stuff that surrounds us every day but put together to dazzle you. Colourful, edgy and visually exciting. So inventive and very exhibit demanding one's whole attention. This museum should not be missed when visiting this area. Go, enjoy and be dazzled.

Amazing! Really fascinating insight into the life and creations of the extraordinary artist. Many pieces on display and their stories brought to life by an interesting and informative commentary by a very nice lady whose name I did not catch - sorry! Now to look forward to the next projects, especially the Alternative Miss World. (See also on YouTube.)

A must see museum of Andrew Logan's sculptures and artwork in the lovely village of Berriew. Only way to describe the art in this mini museum marvel is "Wow, Wow, Wow". Sparkling, colourful pieces surround you, sparking the imagination and touching the heart. We were shown round by the lovely lady who runs the museum and even had a chance to be photographed wearing one of Andrews crowns created for "The Alternative Miss World". Our 11 year old loved the sculptures and there are activities for children and adults ( my wife drew a picture when our son decided he didn't want to design anything), there is a small cafe and I briefly met Mr Logan himself, a perfect day out.

What a joyful place full of joyful people, amazing designs and totally inspiring. I will be looking at how I can customise some of my jewellery whilst saving for a piece of Andrews work xxx

A tiny and totally mad place. In truth we only stopped for a tea and the loo, but the lady in charge was a delight and we were most grateful for the facilities

This museum is brilliant! The staff are all incredibly passionate and knowledgable and will take you on a fascinating tour of all the pieces (Iโ€™m so sorry Iโ€™ve forgotten the name of the lovely American/Dundonian lady who showed me around). I was lucky enough to even get to meet Andrew in person. This is a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with the sculptures as well as a really special insight into the life and mind of an artist. Donโ€™t miss it!!

An interesting collection of sculptures. Extremely colourful, bright and flamboyant. I was unaware of Andrew Logan or his work before visiting, and probably would have got little from the exhibition save for the curator walking us round and talking us through individual sculptures. A good couple of hours for a cost of ยฃ5 each. There is limited parking onsite, but there is also on-street parking. Tea/coffee and toilets are also available.

This was a very unusual museum/art gallery, and it was an interesting hour or so spent there. I loved the huge mirrored egg and some of the art works on the walls, particularly the lightening bolt and sunshine over the water. The giant model of Zandra Rhodes was like a huge childrens toy, you will see why when you go. There are things to discover within the artworks so take your time to find them. I can't say I understood it all but that was because I didn't read the information cards as I was too busy opening all of the drawers. The village is quaint also with a few pubs for lunch. You won't forget that you have been there.

A magical place with fabulous and unexpected things to see. Think colour, glitter, fun and joy! I try to visit at least once a year and anyone staying with us gets to share the fun. The iconic Goddess Zandra is a must see :)
