The building on the outside you can tell its an older building but the inside will definitely wow you from the room view to the skylight on the 4th floor I will always remember my stay here.

While our youngest grandson is in NICU his parents were able to stay close by. (Home almost an hour away.) They were able to get rest, have good meals and caring, good folks surrounded them. We can't thank you enough for taking care of our children.

I recently stayed at the Ronald McDonald House while my 2yr old was in Norton's Children's Hospital for a little less than a week. And I have to say that they were AMAZING. I wish I had pictures to share as it was a beautiful building inside and out, but my mind was not on making a review at the time.

Having to travel with a sick child who just had a procedure is stressful enough. Then there is worrying about a place to stay, and so many other things. We were so thankful to have the help after my son was recovering. It was a 3 hour drive back home and he doesn't do well at all with the meds for putting him under. Norton's children's hospital was so close I was able to put him to rest safely and securely while the effects wore off. He woke up and said he was in a magical castle. It was very clean which I was extremely thankful for due to his compromised immune system. The staff is very friendly and they take great care of the place.

This place is incredible when it comes to hospitality. We're so thankful that we had the opportunity to stay here during our sons heart surgery; it was really nice to have a comfy bed and hot shower when needed. Thank you, RMH!

A safe, secure, port in a storm. Very thankful for the help from RMH. They've feed us. They provide a shuttle to the hospital. If you're circumstances allow - this would be a great charity to contribute to.

Incredible place. The amount of help and resources they offer blew me away. I never realized they did so much for people that really needed help in hard times.

A beautiful place you never want to visit. This place is incredible. Our child was flown to the Nortons Children Hospital by helicopter far from home. Everything you could ask for plus. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate all they offered. Thank you for being there.

Amazing benefit to anyone with children in the hospital. Beautiful building. Gated parking, gated outdoor playground, and indoor playroom. They all open with your key.

Definitely worth visiting and even saying, I appreciate all they’ve done and do still because my family went there for my little brother when he was born and even if not, they do amazing things for families who have to be there and stay and doing so they’re taken care of always ❤️

It is a nice place to stay. Very comfortable. But some of policy’s are not good. For example checking out. My son in law left without signing out. And now they are banned from staying. People staying there have alot on there minds. Nine year old with cancer in our case. And when they leave sometimes to go to hospital they don’t know if they are coming back or not It’s crazy. Update to my story. One of the main people called me and was really nice and explained rules in more detail. And they gave us another go. We have stayed again. Due to my grandson having to be flown back cause of vomiting and fever. Most workers are very nice. They had a nice Christmas gift party. I hope a lot of people get some great joy out of. My daughter got to shop. Thank God. She was worried about not having time to shop For all her kids and them not having gifts on Christmas. Thanks again RMH. You do great things. From a thankful Mamaw Merry Christmas

I stayed here when my son was born 12 years ago! I was just remembering today was the three month mark when I was able to take him home. He was only 2 lbs. 13 oz. and had to stay three months in the hospital. Now he is healthy as can be and 12 years old. I will NEVER forget how comfortable and safe I felt here. I had to make middle of the night trips to the hospital for nursing and someone was always there to get me a ride so I was safe! Thank you for such a comfortable place to stay while my son was in the NICU! Your kindness paid off!!!

Ronald McDonald House is the best thing that’s happened to us by far thur this whole process other than my son’s actual heart surgery! My son was born with a congenital heart disease known as atresia of the left ventricle and had to have three heart surgeries at 11days old, around 6 1/2months and last one at 2. The first heart surgery I stayed in my car night after night never wanting help not thinking they would help. Boy was I wrong 2weeks after knowing my son was goina be in the hospital for another month I had to try and sleep better. Rmch was there and it was my best choice. Every time after that we always got a room when we came up. And we are so thankful and blessed for this place !!!

Back in 2006 my son Micah was born on 10-13-2006 his 15 birthday just past we was hospitalized the first 2 months of his life and the Ronald Mcdonald House let me stay there free of charge so I'd be close to kosair children's hospital where Micah was I went down to the children s hospital everyday for hours on in the Ronald Mcdonald House provided my food great bed a sleep number Matter of fact I don't know what I would have done without them I was hoping that the house possibly had some kind of family aftercare program cause at this time Micah and me are homeless and we've never had our own place we've always lived with people so let's cross our fingers on if they don't have a after are program possibly they could look into it for us Micah has been through so much he doesn't deserve this life homeless qt all I would volunteer all my time do any and everything free of charge if we together could possibly figure something our together
