If I could give zero stars I would. Only had interaction with one staff member who was completely rude and i professional. I decided to leave and reschedule my appointment elsewhere. Just to be called not once but twice by the same staff member. If you can AVOID at all cost, and go to a different location.

I've been coming here for blood draws for the last year and a half. Diane is a very nice lady and I like her. The wait is ridiculously long. There are sometimes I'm waiting for almost 2 hours. I've waited for almost 45 minutes and there was only 2 people in the waiting room. If the wait wasn't so long, I would definitely give it more stars. **EDIT: I get lab work done so I can get refills for my prescription. I get it done when I'm on my last week of meds. The last several times, it has taken them FOREVER fax over my blood work to my pharmacy. If your lab work is dire, I suggest finding a new place to get lab work done.

I could find no place to make an appointment online. I could not make an appointment by phone as it was just a recording. I went to the Mason location and was greeted by a kiosk that had me enter my info. NO associates in sight. After half an hour I went looking for a person and answers. Turns out there is a special website for making an appointment which was not on the locations website. They do take walk ins but only if someone has canceled. They can not make appointments at the Mason location. The phone number I was given for appointments is a robo type call, no people involved. I'm looking elsewhere!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I got my blood drawn today and the lady didn’t even look at both arms to see which one had the better veins. She first did my left and she dug the needle around, at this point I started crying and breathing heavily because I was panicking. All she said was “it’s hard to breath in this masks, isn’t it” she completely ignored the fact that I was upset and in pain. Then she went to my right which perfectly took blood. She unnecessarily hurt me without looking at both arms first. If you’re getting your blood drawn I recommend going to a different place. It’s been almost a week and my doctor hasn’t gotten the results yet, this place is definitely a major disappointment.

Women working the front desk was the rudest lady I’ve ever encountered. She basically chased me out the door bc i had my infant son with me. Prior to arriving i was not aware i could not have him with me - instead of explaining this she shouted about federal regulations , pointed to some picture framed sign on the wall and literally came out from behind the desk and walked me out the door. Never ever again will i go here

Went today for routine insurance bloodwork. Did the mobile check in from the car, after a few min walked up to the door and there was a closed sign on the door. Tried calling and no answer although there were people inside. Would have been nice to get a phone call or anything that they were closed even though we had appointments scheduled. We will choose a new location with better reviews. Waste of time and babysitter.

It's not a fast process. You'll be in for an hour so be prepared. Have you license out and health insurance card if needed. They use a express check-in which is convenient but then it's hurry up and wait.

My process was extremely unprofessional. Today I was tested I sat for about 30 minutes as other people who were not black women were tested oddly enough none of them were asked if they had a child with them however when I went back I was immediately grilled about if I had a kid with me instead of hi welcome. Her justification was “someone” else did this earlier in the day. Racist practices like these are rude and ridiculous. It could have been such a simple process. Even when she learned of her mistake the worker did not apologize for making a very racist generalization.

Not sure what are the reviews about long wait times. I went as walkin and was done in 15 mins from check-in to samples and out of door. The ladies there were really great with checking in and took samples without any pain.

Front desk worker was very rude. I was running a little late for my appointment, waited an hour, then asked how long the wait would be. Was super unprofessional and rude. Be sure you're 20 minutes early for your appointment to ensure you dont wait forever!

I missed a drug screen for a new job because one the workers clocked out 30 minutes early.(I was told this)

They never pick up the phone and it's hard to check any details prior to and post testing. Even though you leave a message, it's never returned. Very frustrating! They didn't end up testing all that was mentioned in the order form sent by my PCP. So much rework and waste of time!

I needed a drug test and prepaid and everything. I went at 11:32 on Saturday (they close at 12). They told me that they can’t do drug screens after 11:30 on Saturday and that it said so online. No where online does it say they stop doing drug screens at 11:30 on Saturday. I need a drug test by next Monday and work during their business hours, so today was the only time I could come and now I’ll have to miss work to get it done next week. Don’t recommend this location.

Awful costumer service. The nurse yelled at me because my lab order was from an out of the country doctor and didn’t have a fax number.

I have been to this Labcorp many times and have always had a good experience. I have gotten in and out quickly even if I didn't have an appointment. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Most recently Kayla was so helpful to my wife and I and went above and beyond to assist us. She is always so nice and friendly. She made our day!

I was nervous coming here based on the reviews. Since I am visually impaired and cannot drive, this was my only option. I had to come twice and both times everyone was amazingly friendly. I wasn’t advised to fast so I didn’t and on my first trip Cynthia was so kind about it. Today Kayla was the best! She talked to me the whole time and it was over so quick. I wanted to make sure to leave a review because if I could drive I would have probably gone to another location and missed out on such a positive experience! Update: I have had to come here 4 times since I first wrote this review and every time, everyone has been delightful. Some of the reviews were so bad that each time I come here, I think to myself “Is today the day?” No. Nothing but friendly kind staff and I’m always in and out quickly.

Had a quick mid morning routine draw, Kathy is professional and AWESOME!! Her efficiency and demeanor are greatly appreciated!!

Went on A Tuesday around noon, not busy at all. Very fast, less than 20 minutes in and out. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Pleasantly surprised, nothing like the reviews I read before I went.
