My P.A Brittany Martin is a GREAT person, I truly respect her and her actions. Her Nurse is a very good person, it's just that most of the time I feel like she is always in a hurry. I or my Daughter will be talking to her and she will say《 I'm in a hurry cuz I have others waiting so she really doesn't care to chat for even like 5 minutes 》. She is VERY NICE but always in a hurry. I realize she is only a Doctor's aid but it will sometimes make you think she really doesn't care but I truly believe she does. Brittany on the other hand will sit and talk,listen and care what you have to say.

As always, April was caring and she was exactly the person I needed to talk to as I have been going through some major depression. Just talking to her about what is going on made me feel better because I knew that she would know what to do and say. She is absolutely wonderful. I just love her like family...😘🙏👍

I always feel like my needs and health issues are taken as a priority and I’m treated with respect and trust.

I was in and out and everyone was amazingly nice and supportive! I didn't know where to go, and was given great instructions on how to get where I needed to go. Anything medical related can be really anxiety inducing, and I felt safe and cared for the whole time I was there! I was even offered a lift just feet from the door which I think is really great for those who might need that!

I met Nicole the NP for the first time and loved her! She was so helpful and let me be involved in decision making

April Shoulders, NP is such an awesome practitioner! She takes time, listens, interjects responses, & is very compassionate. I love that she has a great sense of humor too! Thank you April,!

The family Dr. I've had for years; at sometime in the past 6 months just up and left the practice and I was not informed in ANY WAY and when I was finally able to get an appointment, I see a "new" NP and she has no idea of my health history or any medicine allergies I have and while she was nice, it concerns me GREATLY that I was never notified and been giving the opportunity to let ME decide whether I wanted to see her or check out my other options!! Because of the lack of concerns for me to make my own decisions about my Dr choice I will be looking towards finding a Dr that understands my concerns.

I was so grateful to even get an appointment on a Friday afternoon. Chelsea the receptionist greeted me with a wonderful friendly smile and Dr Blanke was his usual caring self. He asked what my experience had been like with the specialist I’d been seeing all while examining me. Dr Blanke walked me out the door (because it was a wellness visit) and told my grandsons to take care of me due to my memory loss. I could not have been more thankful to him.

Nothing less than top notch care. Very concerned about me. Listen to what I was saying. Asking the questions. I would recommend April Shoulders to anyone.

I am a little biased because I work here but this group does provide great care. The providers include Dr. Tirb, Dr. Ellerbrook, Dr. Blanke, April Shoulders NP and Brittany Martin NP. I’m proud to be a patient and an employee with this group.

I took my child to 12/2/22 for his 18 month check up with April Shoulders, NP and her nurse Keshia. After the initial evalutation, I was presented with a consent form to sign by the nurse as my son was sitting on the examination table. Thinking that she would keep an eye on my child for the 30 seconds it took to sign the paper, she did not. He fell off the table and she did not show any care whatsoever. I asked for my provider to return to the room so she left and got her. The provider came in and acted like it wasn't a big deal and made me feel like a terrible parent. I requested she examine him to make sure he was okay which she did but with little care or concern meanwhile I was completely dumbfounded. I understand my child is my responsibility, however if you are asking me to take my attention off of him for 30 seconds to complete something you need done it's common sense to keep an eye on the child. You are in Family Healthcare. Watching out for the wellbeing of children is part of the job. The lack of compassion and care the provider and nurse showed is not at all how it used to be in this office. I will not be returning.

Dr. Blanke is very thorough, but never makes me feel like I'm being rushed. He takes the time to listen to my concerns & answer any questions I have. His nurse, Chelsea & the front staff are all great to deal with as well.

I just love her and the staff. Very professional and friendly. April Shoulders,NP is very thorough, taking time to explain everything and answers all my questions. Highly recommend.
