So unprofessional. They are childish and honestly need new employees. They sell broken equipment and basically scam you. 10/10 don’t recommend this place.

I really have been treated fair here. This place has really grown in the past year . Super friendly staff . Plus there other store is even open on Sundays now that's an automatic five stars for me . Good job guys!!

They're inconsistent and offer such low prices, it's not even worth the gas to get there. I took a piece of jewlery in for the first time and they offered $75 but I decided not to sell. The second time, they said $25 because the diamonds weren't testing real even though they tested just fine the time before. Low quality service but what do you expect really? Don't waste your time and just go somewhere else. Update: Just sold the same piece of jewlery for $200 at the place by the mall. Take your stuff there.

Absolutly ridiculous prices. They know the people who come in there are scraping the bottom of the barrel for some money, so they lowball like no ones business. I took $200 worth of tools in there and they offered me $30 for the lot. I took in an $80 sound bar, expecting $20 and they offer me $5. It’s criminal. I went back to see how much they sell the sound bars for and the cheapest one (that was lower quality than mine) was $50!!! They make an insane profit, and hit people with embarrassingly low offers. If you’re smart, walk away and just try to sell it yourself. It may take longer, but it’s worth it.

Excellant! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Carl assisted us and was very helpful and knowledgable. Prices were fair. Customer service,was excellent Carl Rocks!

Very mean staff would not give me a refund on a broke item that they said would work. They was also yelling at me infront of customers telling me to leave. Would not let me speak to a manger either

Been using this pawn shop for a long time. If you are a repeat customer and you have a good pawn history then they are willing to work with you better. I've had to repawn an item several times but don't I had a good pawn history they helped me a little more. They want their customers to come back but you have to be in a good standing. I think the staff are all friendly but I done business with Matt, Rick, and Jack more than any of the others. They're awesome

My husband and I have been doing Business with Pawn it since 1993 and here lately the stores in Terre Haute have gotten so rude and Hateful! And are just completely doing people wrong, Ric is the only employee that treats long time customers with any decency and respect! I would love to speak with the owner concerning a major issue we just had with them that cost him our continued business! And Ric is the only reason I gave One Star !

THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE, when to go look at there silver, they are charging people 10-12$ a dime, 99 to 120 times it’s face value, it’s more then half the price of the silver in it, there 1 oz rounds they are selling for 45$ - 60$ again that’s 25-35$ over spot price, and this is why you can go there over the course of a year and not one will be sold! Stop robbing people! Pretty much they are legally stealing from people that is a rip off but when they buy your silver, they will tell you they have to buy at five dollars under spot!!!!! It’s called scamming that are desperate or people that doesn’t know what they are doing taking advantage of peoples wallets

Spent thousands here over years . Asked Rick about rare game system they had he was making sure it worked ok had rattle . Spent another $300 today only to see Carl bad mouth Rick to other customers for helping with the issue and be friendly making sales. Rick fixed issue made sale and more on top of it .

Went in too pawn my 1000 dollar Laptop and the heavy set guy in overalls wouldn't even give me an offer . I've been going there for years and never had a problem until the new guy decided he didn't like the way I looked I guess

One of the guys there offered me the most trifling lowball ever on an item I wanted to sale. They offered me basically pennies. I left there and made 200 dollars on facebooj market place. Was considering taking my $1000 dollar laptop there but they will probably be criminals and offer me like 250 for it where I can probably sale it for 859 on fb marketplace. Don't go here

They don't give you anything for your items and sell too expensive. Some things you can go buy new for just a few dollars more.

Overpriced on their ammo, and guns. They will also sit on top of a gun if it won’t sell, instead of bartering. Many of the guns in here are from a friend of mine and they sit, and sit, and sit, and sit. No price changes.

Good pawn shop. Decent used merch with expected prices. No they don't shell out a lot for pawn loans, but they are trying to make a profit right. Always helpful by phone.

I bought a 60" Samsung TV, it has a great picture for about 5 minutes, then the screen goes dark and you can only hear the volume. I tried to bargain with them and ask them to take it back and I would buy a better TV with the money towards the TV I just bought towards the New TV, They told me I'm screwed, no refund!!! No return. Very rude, kids running the place.

Sold us a ps4 "stuck in safe mode " we specifically asked if it powered on and he said it did. It absolutely doesn't. We usually go here to support them because a good friend works here. But after this we won't be coming back.

Usually go there to pawn but this last time got a red head dude that couldn’t even tell the difference between fake and real Pokémon games he tried to say they didn’t match mind u I already know there real because went to disc replay and game stop if you go to a pawn shop go to the one by the mall atleast if you have retro games because they don’t know what there talking about here
