I have never had a Healthcare provider be as personable as James was to me. He listened and made me feel important. Down to earth ., answer my texts within minutes. I strongly believe that anyone that goes to him will be extremely satisfied.

Our experience with Square 1 has been great! Recently our son fell while ice skating and busted his head. James came into his office on a Sunday afternoon to stitch him up. Saved us a visit to the ER and he did a great job! Elliot loved him.

My employer added Square 1 for an employee benefit. What a wonderful added benefit. James is always a text away, any time, any day! Even if I just have a question, I receive a prompt response by text or phone call. I even had an in office experience, which was just as easy. Next day appointment, same day treatment. This alone saves me multiple visits with multiple copayments but also less time asking off at work. Highly recommend more individuals or employers to give Square 1 a try.

James has been the best doctor I could have asked for when it comes to quick replies, explanation, and willing to work with us. When my daughter had a double ear infection at 1 he took the time out of his evening to call me and explain everything and gave me a game plan that we both agreed on. And then proceeded to check on her the next few days. You don’t hear that often anymore.

Excellent and competent care. Always ready with an answer the same day and available for appointments often same day or the next if needed. I know my family and I are in great hands!

Been with chandler for years now and he’s always been phenomenal! When he’s not available his associate Cody has always stepped in and been readily available. My care has been seamless and top notch ! These two are always on the ball , quick to respond and to make a plan . I feel blessed to have them!

Shortly before I quitted my job I enrolled with square one health since I was going to be without health insurance. James was great at explaining the whole “cash pay medical services”. After being enrolled for some months now, it has been a pleasure to work with James and Cody. They are both very responsive and will make sure that you are being taken care of. I have to say that they are true professionals in the medical field because they do care about your well-doing. 5 stars!

Dr. Chandler is always available when I've been in need. He replies quickly via text and email! Which for me is huge. He is willing to help however he can! I felt my PCP didn't listen to me and decided to go elsewhere. Great decision.

Absolutely wonderful healthcare alternative for those who were as fed up with the traditional system as I was! Dr. Chandler is always incredibly helpful, and more importantly, available. Whether it was finally seeking advice for that knee that was bothering me at the gym, getting my insulin prescriptions filled, or getting some blood work done, everything has been wonderfully smooth, easy, and fast. No more biannual appointments to prove that my chronic disease with no cure ( type 1 diabetes) is still there to get my insulin prescriptions. No more waiting weeks or months to get in for a recommendation for other care. Just a doctor who knows you and works with you to get the care you need.
