Always claim, quick, fresh, and the staff is well trained, efficient, and very pleasant. Miss Geraldine on Highway 81 in Anderson is a gem above gems.

Excellent food but one of the employees is wayyyy too friendly and is just constantly back at the table asking us how we're doing and always trying to take our trays back and clean the table while we're still eating, makes me not wanna come in even because it's so annoying. Can't even chew the food because she keeps coming and asking

I love chick fil A but customer service has really suffered at this location. I was short one item on my previous visit and called immediately. They offered to bring me the one item to my home but I told them it wasn't necessary and that I would just remind them on my next visit. On my next I told the young lady waiting on me about the item ( she was very nice) she called the Manager over and stated he would take care of it "this time" really ? "This time "on leaving an item off my order.

Honestly despite everything that people say about this place whenever I have been here have always been a poor experience. For instance where I got today was the burrito and the burrito at Sonic is actually much better. And last time I was here I had a chicken biscuit and honestly the chicken is way better at Arby's. It's all the hype and popularity and oh I'm going to go to Chick-fil-A

Chic Fil-a is the most popular fast food restaurant in Anderson, SC. They never change the way they greet you it's always with a smile.i used my app one morning, I like the way they come up with your name, and it is always a pleasure to serve you. When you get to the main window in drive thru, I never see them miss or mess up my order. The worker is so pleasant! Great service, plus a great atmosphere, if you are going to work, you should be happy and full when u go by Chick fil-a first. do not take my word for it, ceck and see for yourself!

Amazing care from employee. I was picking up 5 gallons of sweet tea to take to a family members home for an unexpected death in the family. This sweet young adult ask how my day was going...I lost all composure. She then ask if we could pray and if she could hug me. All this as she was helping me carry 5 gallons of tea out to my car. I have no idea her name but she had blond braided pig tails. It was just what I needed.

This is one of my favorite restaurants and hands-down, the best location in Anderson. My husband and I enjoy the waffle fries, fried/grilled chicken nuggets/sandwiches, variety of salads, chicken and egg burrito, milkshakes, and their Sunjoy drink. We are also thankful that we have an option to order lunch during breakfast hours if needed. The management/staff are friendly and eager to serve and please their customers. We recommend this location on Hwy 81 to our family and friends.

I am a faithful chick-fil-a fan. I eat there all the time. The food is always good and the employees are always friendly and respectful. This morning I stopped and bought two 12 count nugget meals and a side salad. My salad hardly had any cheese on it. Cheese DUST is more like it. I called and complained about having no cheese. The manager Apologized and had a side salad delivered to my home. This salad was almost as bad as the first salad. I spent $4.15 for a hand full of leaves, 2 grape tomatoes, and cheese dust. Never again will I ever get their side salad. I know that the cost of grocery has went up but the salad was pitiful and not worth my hard earned money. I am very disappointed with my side salad. Word of advise, don't ever get it. It is definitely a rip off! 😡

DaNajen helped me and my friend George during dinner time. She was extremely helpful and welcoming to everyone around her. I would come back again just because of the positive influence she gave us. 10/10 service

Putting one star in hopes someone in CFA management sees this. No issues with food or service in general, however it’s disturbing to see employees be outside working in 20 degree weather without proper equipment to keep them warm. Nobody had gloves on, CFA can definitely afford touchscreen gloves for their employees.

Food was typical Chick Fil A. But this is the worst setup to get into. Walking across the parking lot from the bank in the rain wasn't fun. Since I had entered my order online. Drive-thru was backed up and parking lot was packed. Definitely need ro figure out a better solution.

The food and chocolate shakes are amazing. The employees are very nice and are constantly making sure the customers are taken care of, even after ordering, while also continuously making sure the restaurant stays clean. I adore this location.

The drive through may have a long line but it goes quickly,my food is always right and fresh.

With the COVID scare I used the drive thru, but the service is excellent and correct and very good. Always busy so be prepared to wait, not very long and well worth it 😉

I have always loved this place. The food is delicious and always fresh. No matter how long the line is I have never waited more than 10 minutes in line from the start of ordering to picking up my food. The service is magnificent. The staff always has a smile on their faces and joy in their tone of voice. This is the only place I go to eat and never worry about if my order is going to be correct. Thank yall for making my day better every time I stop by.

Hands down best chicken in Anderson! Always great attitudes from the employees, never had a bad piece of chicken nor have they ran out of chicken either! I love chicken fil a.. always have and always will! ❤️
