We come here every Sunday. We've eaten everything on the menu and it's all good. We love our managers and servers. They have new mac & cheese that is white cheddar instead of Kraft boxed. It's pretty good!

Date of visit: Sept 24, 2021 We stopped in for my wifes birthday this week. We brought our friend from Sweden to Texas Roadhouse for the first time. Our waitress was very fast and attentive the whole dining experience. The rolls were fantastic as usual. My friend from Sweden and I decided to order a 64oz steak to split, and take home leftovers for the next day. It was perfectly cooked and delicious. Thanks Texas Roadhouse.

This was my daughter and I's first time going to this location. First of all we were greeted and seated as soon as we opened the door. The hostesses were very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and the staff seemed to keep themselves very busy going the extra mile to make sure the customers were happy. We were seated at a booth close to the bar, so the bartender was our waiter. I might add, he was wonderful at his job. We never had an empty drink and he made sure all of our needs and wants were met. Now I do have one issue. I have never seen food at any restaurant come out so fast, which was less time than it would actually take for the food to cook. It then led me to believe that the BBQ grilled chicken was already prepared, microwaved or sitting in a steam bin. It didn't have the char, the markings or grill flavor like it just came off the grill. Other than that the food, staff and the service was great.

Normally the Texas Roadhouse might not be my first choice of goto places to eat, but it was a convenient halfway point for us meeting family for dinner. Well! Let me say I was over the top pleased with the excellent service and excellent dishes we ordered. The place was crowded, but there was no wait for a table for 3 on a Saturday night. You are allowed to pick out your steak before being seated if having a steak is on your mind. I ordered the Country Fried Chicken platter with creamed gravy and a side of fries and whole kernel corn. Having lived in the south most of my life I consider myself a bit of a Country Fried Chicken connoisseur, AND this might be the best Country Fried Chicken I've ever had. The sides were good as well. My wife ordered the pork chop. She said this was one of the best pork chops that she has had in a long time. After letting me sample hers, I would have to agree. My sister ordered a steak, and she raved about how good it was. Ordered blackened and rare, it was cooked to perfection. All of this excellent food was topped off by excellent service from our incredible server, Skylar. She was very attentive, making sure everything was perfect and our glasses were kept full. She took her job seriously, but at the same time she seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. Very pleasant and always service with a smile. This is not a quiet dining experience. The background noise can get loud at times with screaming kids, loud talkers and the occasional very loud birthday announcements. Take it all in, it is part of the experience. All in all a great dining experience and an enjoyable evening with family. We will be back!

Back again. This time I brought my mother. She to got to experience great food with the Sirloin, shrimp on a stick , ceasur Salad while I went for the Country Fried Chicken this time. Excellent, tender. There was only one thing I must mention. The macncheese , well...maybe try a different way. Other than that a perfect score of overall 9.0. Me and my mother were perfectly fine and miserable being full at the same time. Thanks Roadhouse, again. 2-2-22

The restaurant was packed, but the wait time time wasn’t long at all. Our server Caleb was phenomenal. He was attentive and gave great recommendations. All of the food was fresh and delicious. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while.

We had a large party so there was a bit of a wait. The entire restaurant was packed and yet the staff did their best to ensure everyone had the best service possible. Our own server did a fantastic job of making sure we were taken care of. My only complaint is that I had to send my burger back because it was not as well done as I wanted it, I personally like most of my meat cooked at consistency that most people consider to be burnt and most cooks don't seem to get that.

I went to order my food. I work at the mall and often eat here when I’m scheduled. Today I decided to order in person so my order wouldn’t get messed up. I go inside to place my order, and the girl is just sitting there and could easily take my order. Instead, she wants me to leave and place the order online instead of providing service as her job entails. The food is usually good. I’ve only had one instance where it wasn’t. Customer service and atmosphere is poor.

My son has been bugging to go since he heard about the honey cinnamon butter. That and the rolls were delicious. As well as my streak tips and his boneless wings. Service was good at 4 on a Saturday we only had a 2 minute wait to get a table. We had tried previously to go but the wait was over an hour. Glad we got in and we'll have to schedule another visit. Love the fried pickles too.

Good was good but music was entirely too loud. Had to yell across the table to be able to hear. Also, whoever seated us didn’t even speak. Just grabbed the little piece of paper and soaked off; didn’t even know she was taking us to our table. Our server and food was good but the rest wasn’t.

Great food for the value. Definitely better than Longhorns. Music is somewhat loud but it’s great to drown out some of the noise you don’t care to hear. They did a cool little line dance which was free entertainment. First time here, definitely coming back.

We ordered takeout and my steak was supposed to be cooked med rare but when I got home and cut into it was rare rare and still purplish on the inside. Which is weird because it should have cooked even more on the 30 minutes drive home, Then we realized they didn't get her side salad and the worst part was the rolls! Completely burnt and hard as a rock, literally!

Server was great ...food not so much ...appetizers were cold... steak fries tasted old and were cold...love the ranch dressing...steak was ordered medium well and came well done so it was dry...

I would of gave them a 5 star Services but the Young Ladies upfront wasn't as Friendly as the rest of the environment. The place was clean and the Manager present and helpful. I told her where i would like to sit and est and she personally went over and cleaned up the both.. I appreciated that and told her i am a Big Texas Roadhouse Fan. I go them all across America! This place is Definitely Top 3 of Texas Roadhouse's in America 🇺🇸 👏🏾 👌🏾 I changed my mind. They do deserve the 5 star rating just because the effort the Manager Thoughtfulness. I don't remember her name but I will be back and will make sure I post the Lady Manager name.

At lunch here but it should have been dinner. It was a lot of food. Didn’t have to wait on getting seated. Lots of employees so not understaffed. Our waitress was nice but twice disappeared for a bit and at times when we needed her. Our food was good except for the vegetables. The carrots and broccoli were dry and hard. Me and the wife wouldn’t touch either of ours as it was just not good. This is when the waitress disappeared once for awhile right after delivering our food. When she returned, she went and got us something else to replace it with. The sweet potato with the caramelized drizzle in the middle and marshmallows on top was really good. Paid with the device on the table for an easy checkout.

Always love the dinner rolls and cinnamon butter, but the steaks are beyond perfect here. You know you're dining at the best restaurant ever when the manager brings out your steaks and kindly asks you to cut into them to make sure they are exactly how you want them. They absolutely were. That is A+ service right there. The other newer Texas Roadhouse nearby, didn't do this last time we went there. This place has the best food and the service is perfect as well. Thank you Texas Roadhouse Macon for taking such great care of us. Our waiter was Tanner. He was so wonderful. We'll absolutely be back again and again.

Server was prompt, courteous and attentive. The atmosphere was average. The food was good. We did not wait to be seated. Road signage on Interstate is good but restaurant is behind trees and not obvious so drove by it and had to turn around. Would go back.

This was my first time ever eating at this establishment. I was SO SO NOT impressed. We had a party size of 20 people. The hostess tried to make us wait for an hour to seat our party at a table. Several (more the 5) party of people with five to eight, who by the way came after us were seated before us. We had to ask for the manager in order to get a table. The waiter brought out under cooked rolls to all our tables. It went down hill from there. I will definitely NOT BE patronizing this establishment ever again. No matter what city that I visit.

I did a mobile order for medium rare and steak was well done and very dry! Not at all what I’m used to from TX Roadhouse! One of my sides was mushrooms and they were not in the order at all when I picked it up. I asked for blue cheese to be melted on the steak but they gave it to me cold, on the side. Complete disappointment tonight! Last month, I was in town overnight for a meeting and tried this location. It was just OK last month and figured I’d give them a 2nd shot tonight, but my order was worse!

Visiting Macon for the first time. We decided to find something to eat once we checked into our hotel. We are simple folks so we went for what we know would be good. You can't go wrong at Texas Roadhouse. It was a rainy day and at the time, the restaurant was also the site of a blood drive. The Red Cross trucks were in the parking lot. Ok kool. We were seated Ina. Nice booth by the window. Another plus. The server came to ask us what we wanted to drink. Gave our order. It took us forever to figure out what we wanted to eat. The server kept coming to the table. We could tell she was annoyed somehow. Ok whatever. Eventually we ordered our food. We made the mistake of not ordering alcohol beverages in the beginning. All of a sudden there was a whole production filming a commercial near where we were sitting. They blocked the severs from tending to their tables. It was all so bizarre. I gave this slot 4 stars because of the food but definitely not because of the whole atmosphere.

Very filling! I had the bone in Ribeye with the loaded baked potato. My wife and I both loved the food. We couldn’t finish our portion. It seemed like the loaded baked potato was pre-made?

Enjoyed a quick lunch with some co workers. The rib basket was just enough and fulfilling for the price. Our server Manuel was pleasant as well.

I had the absolute best experience at Texas Roadhouse last night due to our magnificent server Halei (I hope I’m not misspelling her name, it was spelled uniquely). Tbh, she was the kindest, most attentive server I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve also never experienced a server ask me to cut into my steak to make sure it’s cooked to my liking or really care about how our food tastes. She really made the experience more enjoyable. She was sweet, excellent customer service, knowledgeable & patient. The other staff were also super nice. Best of all NO WAIT TIMES when your party has all arrived. 10/10 would recommend. (Excuse my half eaten salad, it was so delicious I forgot to take the pic before I started eating it).
