When we got there the gentleman at the desk was very nice. But after I got the key, the room was terrible. There was mold in the shower, the floors were peeling up laminate, the beds were very out dated. Around the AC, there were giant gaps. There was an empty alcohol bottle in the window seal. To have my children in that place was not acceptable. I would only recommend this hotel to college kids wanting to have a party that they don't want to clean up. When I went back the man showed me another room and I was still not comfortable with my family staying there. He did give us our money back, but don't stay there.

Foul. Sheets and pillow colors, very much so YELLOW. Certain that theyre supposed to be white 😬. bugs crawling throughout. smell was abrasive. service was horrifying. dont waste your money on this over-priced nightmare

First room was a bad. Roaches and other bugs on the walls that someone had spilled or threw stuff on. It was smoking. No heat .Complained and got a non smoking room that was a little better. Place needs some serious upgraded. Could be a shelter for drug addicts or was.

The first room they put me in the bathroom window would not lock. I place was far from clean. Tile on the floor was broken and dirty. Second room was more secure, Windows wete able to be locked, it was a bit cleaner. But still could have been better.

not a terrible place,, staff is friendly. it’s a bit on the dirty side, but the beds were clean. wallpaper is peeling a bit, some of the lights don’t work, the heater was rusted out and probably not functional (but it’s summer so that didn’t matter) we had wood floors which was nice, the beds were a little uncomfy but not too bad. my dad fixed the settings on the tv so it looks a bit better now :) all in all, a bit seedy but not the worst!! this place will do in a pinch

By far the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, broken bathroom floor, freezing cold rooms. And on top of that the guy waited to charge my card until he told me that they couldn't give us a room key because the machine was broken. So we had to knock on the front office door Everytime we wanted to go in and out of the room. Horrible

Very dirty and it has a medicaid fraud thing going where they double unknown homeless people,and they r billing medicaid twice for each room,they say its full but they only use junk rooms

The staff is very friendly but man this place is horrible. I stayed in a room for one night for a one week stay and already saw a rat in my cabinet. Called and asked for a different room and found another rat but this time behind the microwave. The walls are super thin and can hear the people next door. Honestly I wouldn’t come back here only if I was really desperate for a room.

The claim of the hotel is a clean room and free breakfast. Well, it proves to be otherwise. The office manager had an odor about him, the front desk area stunk, the room is in need of repair, walls need patching, painting, the bathroom shower had hair on the walls, the bathroom door looks like someone punched it and looks like they tried to patch it with spackle and poorly painted. The bed sheets had a bad odor, the pillows smelled. One towel in the bathroom, no soap in the shower, tiles missing on the shower wall. No water power for the shower, it barely ran and the shower head leaked when turned off. I went to the office to request towels and he told me his cleaning lady will bring it in 5 minutes, that never happened. I went back to the office and told him, no one showed up and I'll be back later to pick it up. A few seconds later he came with the towel. Poor service! All the window shades were broken in both the bathroom and the room. The thermostat didn't turn on the heat and it was cold that night. The lamp at the bed looked like it was jimmied with a broken socket hanging. The main light had an exposed florescent bulb, no protection. Then when we thought we can just make the best out of the situation as we were just passing through for the evening, a mouse ran across the floor. I got dressed, went to the office and told the manager to let me in so I can talk to him, he refused to let me in and said, what do you want? I told him to let me in, it's cold outside then I'll talk. He let me in, I told him the rooms conditions are unacceptable and to top it off theirs a mouse in the room, We're not staying here and I want a refund. The only positive thing was is that he gave me my money back. We ended up finding a Ramada Inn about 15 minutes away with a continental breakfast. I paid a few dollars more, but at least it was CLASS and the food was great.

This Motel is very disgusting went there with my fiancé and daughter for the night and found a dead mice hanging around the bathroom then finding flys all over the room the microwaves barely work found bed bugs on one of the beds which got to my bag once I got home the guy with glasses don’t provide you good service he just want your money so he could run that dirty motel. We requested the other side of the motel the clerk said those not for rental meaning you can’t rent it for the night or your stay until we found few peoples come out from one of the rooms from that row. PEOPLES PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS DIRTY MOTEL ‼️💯

The absolute worst Motel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in! I was on a writing assignment and wanted to be as close to the story as possible.This place was it. Looked fine from outside, maybe a few sketchy people about. I paid for two weeks in advance. Holy mackerel, what a complete bomb! Where do I start? How about bed bugs? when you lay on the bed, the dried-out bed creaks and the springs can be felt through the horrible mattress. A cop was makng an arrest there on my fourth day. Strange. Mold in the bathroom, bathroom smelled like urine, carpet stunk to high heaven. OMG I can't believe this place. The owner, Mr. Patel was super nice and even moved me two seperate times to different rooms because the room I was in was not acceptable.... roaches, garbage and dust under bed, shower infested with mold. Ice machine didn't work when I was there and the soda machine stole my money. TO MR PATEL: I feel bad for you, but damn... invest in your place and people will flood your establishment. The rooms were just not up to minimum loging standards and that's why you refunded my money and I checked out. This could be an awesome place, tucked away in the mountains, but i don't reccomend that until the place is totally refurbished. I will never again stay at a roadside motel.
