    I've been training all week and the service at this Chick-fil-A....is Phenomenal!!!!!!! Everyone is professional my coworkers and I thoroughly enjoyed coming here such a shame that we don't work in Henry County!!!! All the the Employees: Seth, Ariel and all the other staff members made all 5 of our visits great!!!! The food was awesome and everything was always fresh to perfection!!!!!!!

    We love Chick-fil-A! Our pups expects her own ice cream cone too!! Hahaha!!! Excellent decision to add the 3rd lane for mobile orders!! Keep innovating, Chick-fil-A, your leading the industry!!!

    this was the worst experience ever at any chickfil, there going down hill . you get fast food beacuse you in a hurry and don’t have time to go sit down somewhere and u go to chickfil a to have rude customer service and terrible food i work very hard for my money and love to give back but i don’t like paying for terrible service also terrible food it’s one thing if i got bad customer service and good food but there service and food were completely terribleness i got an 8ct nugget with a large fry and a sweet tea and my fries and nuggets were cold also my sweet tea just tasted like just tea no sweet also donna who was helping us take our order was completely disrespectful and very ignorant no one should work at christian owned company being that rude . they will never get another dollar from me .

    This was a great place to stop and feed my hungry tummy. Very busy, but extremely fast service. The ladies inside were at peak performance with exceptionally polite service! I have been to several, but this one exceeded my expectations!! Well done. Totally recommend!💯❤️‍🔥

    Chick Fil A offers the best customer service in the area. The drive thru is so quick and efficient and the food is hot and fresh every time! I know that I won't have to pull over and check my food to make sure it's correct like at other fast food restaurants.

    This Chick-fil-A is one of the best around. They are super fast. You may want to check your nugget count, though, as I have been shorted on more than one occasion. Otherwise, best fast chicken around. The Southwest salad is incredible.

    Stood around for 10 minutes for an online order. Never acknowledged. No one ever said hello until it was too late. Chic fil a is turning into the rest of the restaurants. Horrible service

    Go here at least 5 times per week, but recently a trend has appeared.....they consistently bring food out to cars BEHIND you, Large orders! You get very ill after them waiting on 6 and 7 cars behind you that ordered AFTER you did. Last visit I asked for a refund after 20 minutes waiting, only to be told, "Oh here it is." Of course the sandwiches were stone cold when I got back to work. We scrapped those and got sandwiches from a local restaurant that were hot and prepared and given to me in a very timely manner. The food is always good at Chic Fil A, but service should get negative stars.

    I stopped at this location to get food today and immediately got sick within minutes of finishing my food. I was feeling nauseous and had to get to the restroom immediately. It’s hours later and my daughter and I are still sick from apparent food poisoning from this location. I frequently visit other locations and this was my first time at this location and my last. I called the location to make them aware and I received nothing but a “I am aware of all the food that goes out”. No courtesy of an apology nor refund offered. No empathy for me and my daughter getting ill or anything. I’m appalled at this type of behavior especially from Chick Fil A. Deshawn was the worker that took my call. He is a very poor representation of what I’ve always known Chick Fil A to be.

    The service and food was horrible. The best thing about this visit was that I got a refund. After receiving the refund I drove to Hwy 20 to re-order the same food but better quality and service. Too many young kids at this location. Half of them were sitting around talking and not paying attention. You don’t get to play with me like that and I just pay the bill. This location has gone down. I will take the drive to go to another location. Wasted 30 minutes of my time for poor quality service - thumbs down!

    Dayshift gets 5 stars, evening shift gets 2. My fries are always only halfway full if I go in the evening, sometimes the sandwiches are just ok, nuggets often come up short. Day shift is always great though, never a problem. Please teach better, I should be getting the food I paid for.

    So I’m not sure what’s going with this location all of a sudden. But for the last few months the food hasn’t been fresh at all. You can tell the food is just being reheated especially the fries. I can barely get through the meal. They have declined significantly.

    it's honestly crazy how after the remodel, their service gotten more mediocre. i had to wait 15min for a singular ice cream cone and there were only 4 cars in line. the associate that took my order waited 5min to finish their convo with someone else. then when i was waiting, i had three people ask my name and what i ordered. i'm upset with the principle of the fact that the company's reputation is getting destroyed at this location. if i waited that long for an ice cream cone at a dead time, imagine if i ordered food... just saying

    I’m not quite sure what is going on, but the service has degraded at this location. It’s a real shame, considering their recent remodels. Constant waits any time of the day and it seems they haven’t found their way to staff it. Frequent issues with the app here. I’ve started using the Truett’s on Jonesboro rd due to this location. It’s a shame cons lifetime this location is the closest to me.

    The customer service at this location has gone down quite a bit. Also, my order is always wrong or missing an item. They should also consider cleaning their play area as it is filthy and not safe for the children to play in.

    Best Chick-fil-A around. The staff is always very nice although I have seen and experienced things being forgotten in mine/others orders and having to ask for them. But they're always very nice about it and get it for you asap. It is usually busy but that's because it's such a good Chick-fil-A. Overall a great restaurant!

    STOP FORGETTING TO GIVE PEOPLE THEIR SAUCES! Any other time this is one of the best chick fila's out there but lately I'm not sure what's been going on. They've been forgetting to give out the sauces that people need for their food and that's unacceptable. I'll change this review once i see better.

    I'm impressed. I really should start going here more, but I prefer burgers over chicken sandwiches. Don't get me wrong here, their sandwiches are the best. I love doing Doordash with them, I can make a lot of money. These guys actually had heaters out there for their customers. Doing God's work, aye? Good job Chick-fil-A, you actually show how Christian people should be in this world. This is an Atlanta staple, thanks for coming to McDonough.

    We went to this location and I have never had terrible service at a chic-fil-a. While the young lady took our order was pleasant, the guy that gave us our food just threw the food in the window, never greeted us, and when we said “thank you” he never responded. No “my pleasure” or anything…. Here’s a tip: No one told you to work there. If you don’t like your Job… Go Home. Definitely will not be back to this location.

    If I could do zero stars I would. I visited this location on Monday 12/26 and told the girl who was taking my order that I wanted a salad with just the meat and lettuce, she was training so another girl came to help her. The second young lady that came to help her had her overcharge me and the still made it wrong. Prior to overcharging me, the second young lady argued me down about why they couldn’t do it by just removing everything off even though that’s how they always do it. So instead of paying 9 dollars and some change for a salad, I payed almost $13 and it was still wrong. I spoke to customer service and Mark Fleming did nothing but offered me a “sorry” I wasn’t compensated in anyway. And that is very disheartening because I visit their location multiple times a week almost every week and this is how that was handled. I see if it was just messed up but the fact that I was overcharged and nobody is willing to do anything about it other than say sorry is extremely unacceptable

    My mom and I had breakfast here this morning and we had an amazing experience! We needed additional help after receiving our meal and Mrs. Cheryl was amazing! She was so attentive. My mom made a mistake and spilled some of her coffee and Mrs. Cheryl was so helpful! She kept checking on us to see if everything was okay. Thank you Mrs. Cheryl! You made our mother/daughter date magical!

    The last 3 times I have been here my order was either messed up or missing something. First time we ordered 2 Chicken,Egg,&Cheese Biscuits and they gave us 2 sausage Biscuits instead and we didn’t realize it until we got all the way home. So we had to drive back up to this location. 2 other times they have not put any dressing in the bag for my salad and I didn’t realize it until I got home. I shouldn’t have to check everytime to see if my order is correct. Please check the bag to make sure the condiments are in the bag that customers request and that the order is correct.

    Thank you Max for your excellent service you are very knowledgeable of the menu and everything that was on it and as well courteous patient and delivered exceptional customer service. The reason I left the three stars because the food was cold and the grilled chicken tasted mushy and like the girl needed to be cleaned. So I reordered something else. Max took care of my order and everything else went smoothly. Again thank you Max for that some customer service. Rockstar!!!

    Thank you to the morning staff at CFA Lake Dow. I had a rather large order and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The deputies and bailiffs at the Henry County Courthouse were more than thrilled to get these hot biscuits!

    I love getting breakfast from here, what I don't like is that two times they forget something, make sure you check your order before you leave so you don't have to come back for what they forget.

    ordered ice cream for my children as a treat before we went to the park. I placed two separate orders. I also ordered a meal for myself. I gave cash this time when I generally use my app. When I got to the “stop here.” It took a while for them to even acknowledge me. Cars just kept driving by. The three ladies sat there and said nothing while chit chatting with each other. I then rolled down my passenger window to politely ask if I was in the correct spot. The lady said yes,”we will be right with you.” She then came to my passenger window and gave me my total. I already had exact change in my hand. I was thinking she’d come over to the driver side to accept the money. She did not. I had to put my car in park and take off my seatbelt to hand her money through my passenger side. I’m 5’4 with very small arms so this was a big deal to me. I didn’t order though my passenger side. She then handed me the receipt again on my passenger side so I had to once again take off my seatbelt. After I finally made it to the window I waited 12 minutes for the ice cream because they couldn’t find the ticket. Luckily I had that receipt. The girl at the window was asking why the receipt said 14 minutes ago and I explained that I’d been waiting that long for them. She looked confused. Cars are still going around me by the way. Everyone acknowledged that I’d been waiting for a while at the window amongst themselves but not once did they say anything to me about the long wait. I counted 6 meals were delivered to cars behind me before I finally received ice cream. No apology or anything. We are new to the area and hoping that there is another CFA in the area because we probably won’t be back to this one. Service is no where near what we are use to. They also TOOK THE RECEIPT SO THERE WAS NO WAY FOR ME TO FINISH THE SATISFACTION SURVEY to let the store know! It is scanned in my app but there is not a receipt number in the app.

    This location is consistently inconsistent. Fries are sometimes cold. They often forget the sauces entirely. Tenders are sometimes dark. They’ve been open long enough to run as consistently as other locations. Hopefully things will get better

    The cashier Kimberly was so nice and had wonderful customer service. Throughout my dining experience I notice she was perform multiple jobs and was working very hard.She went above and beyond to provide the best service I’ve seen in this location. If anyone at Lake Dow Chick-fil-A deserves, she should be one of the first people to be considered!
