New
building
but
with
many
maintenance
problems
and
construction
defects
and
above
all
a
disastrous
and
lazy
management
company.

The
sinks
are
broken
every
now
and
then
and
the
toilets
do
not
drain;
They
say
they
just
fixed
it,
we'll
see.
-
The
air
conditioning
is
carried
out
from
a
switchboard
and
you
have
to
call
by
phone
to
have
it
lowered
or
raised.
-
Most
of
the
door
handles
in
the
common
areas
are
half
loose
and
we
will
be
left
with
them
in
our
hands
any
day.
Like
everything,
the
manager
will
fix
things
when
there
is
a
problem.
-
With
the
recent
storms
there
was
a
water
leak
in
the
parking
lot
and
another
in
the
basement
and
after
causing
several
damages
to
our
material,
a
week
later
they
still
had
not
contacted
us
about
the
insurance
issue
or
to
repair
it,
only
They
came
to
clean
and
left
the
roof
open
with
buckets
without
giving
us
any
further
response
because
also
the
person
who
manages
us
from
Cushman
&
Wakefield
never
confirms
or
says
anything
when
we
send
him
the
documentation
with
the
damages.

It
costs
a
lot
to
have
someone
from
maintenance
come
to
do
any
job,
you
have
to
be
patient
for
several
days
with
anything
and
they
can
leave
a
job
half
done
without
cleaning
or
closing
and
then
skip
it
after
a
while.
On
the
other
hand,
the
walls
are
very
thin,
it
was
seen
when
we
put
a
TV
and
we
thought
it
would
fall
when
we
saw
that
there
was
practically
nothing
behind
the
wall
although
they
looked
for
a
thin
wooden
frame
to
hang
it
on;
They
assured
us
that
they
would
pay
for
it
if
it
fell,
but
we'll
see.

As
if
that
were
not
enough,
in
the
summer
they
organize
a
children's
camp
and
visiting
employees
and
customers
have
to
come
across
small
children
screaming
and
running
around
in
swimsuits.
-
To
top
it
all
off
and
as
there
are
few
problems,
the
management
company,
Cushman
and
Wakefield,
only
dedicates
one
person
to
it
2
days
a
week,
who
is
extremely
passive
and
reactive
and
difficult
to
talk
to.
I
do
not
recommend
renting
offices
here
if
you
want
to
save
yourself
headaches.
