We started our vacation at Hotel Neri and were absolutely delighted with our stay there. From the warm welcome on arrival to our gorgeous and comfortable room and the delicious breakfast each day, we could not have been more pleased. The location was also great for so many of the sites and restaurants that we wanted to visit. All staff were so pleasant and eager to please. Thomas especially went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. He is a real treasure! At the end of our stay we didn’t want to leave, but we will make sure to stay again the next time we are in Barcelona.

Lovely hotel with a really classy feel. Wonderful decor and style. Its right in the gothic quarter so a right or left turn from Neri will bring into a wonderful area of narrow streets with plenty of shopping and bars to be enjoyed. The Neri team are great. We were helped so much by Nat who gave us advise on where to go to eat. George of the front desk was great so its a 👍 from us and we would defo go again

If you’re thinking of making a wild splurge here, book it. The quality of everything is world class. Beautiful rooms with stone showers and natural soaps, exquisite food in the restaurant with relaxed yet attentive service, heavenly breakfast. Lovely location deep in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. You’ll have to walk a bit from the square since cars can’t access the narrow, soul-soaked winding streets, but if you’re able, it’s worth it. Outstanding front desk staff. If you arrive earlier than your room is ready, Tomas will walk you to the best restaurant for sublime tapas while they prepare your room.

Excellent boutique hotel right in the gothic quarter. You can walk to restaurants and shopping. Love the hotel. Very clean and staff excellent. If you stay here you will meet Thomas. Oh my goodness what a great guy. He is just incredible. I’d stay here again just to see him lol. They have an onsite restaurant too with a great breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about our stay here was incredible, especially Tomas. He was so helpful and kind, would return again just for him. The room was also beautiful, and the breakfast was wonderful. Wish we had stayed longer!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel while on vacation in Barcelona! It is a boutique style hotel that really gave us a feel of Spain and was aesthetically beautiful. The location was perfect for the gothic quarter and it extremely walkable. The Barcelona Cathedral is only about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Also, there is a cute rooftop garden patio. The customer service was first class all the way! Every staff member was very attentive and friendly. Also, make sure to book with Amex travel. The experience was exceptional!

Wow wow wow. 11 out of 10. Where do I start? This was my wife and I’s first stay in Barcelona. I was a little nervous traveling internationally to a new city, but the hotel and their wonderful staff took care of everything from activities to transportation to dining. Before my trip Neri hotel emailed me with places to eat, transportation options such as personalized taxi pick up from airport, and offered to assist with reservations for dining or main attractions. While there they take care of everything you need. The hotel is gorgeous inside and has a wonderful restaurant and rooftop patio. The shower facility is Luxurious and has all the amenities that go with a five star hotel. The location of the hotel is exceptional you a steps from all the main attractions like the beautiful plaça de sant jaume, gothic cathedral, boqueria market, and .pont del bisbe. We walked around late at night and felt extremely safe. No issues sleeping the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was generous, and the room was perfectly quiet for sleeping. I can’t say enough great things about my stay and will be recommending Neri Hotel to all my friends and family when they travel to Barcelona.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the Gothic quarter in Barcelona. The staff were particularly welcoming and helpful. Thomas the gentleman at the door, Mauro the concierge (and his colleague a young lady, whose name I forget) deserve a special mention.

A lovely hotel in the gothic area of the town, perfect for exploring. We stayed in an apartment, and it was lovely, lots of space for relaxing and access to a rooftop plunge pool. One point when the room was cleaned the lights were always left on, surely just one light would be enough. Breakfast was not great - twice the food served was cold, we chose to eat elsewhere after the 2nd day. Staff we really friendly and helpful.

What a Lovely Hotel!! The accommodations are quite nice, they’ve thought of every detail to enjoy a very special stay! The location is perfect, secluded yet right in the center of the city. The amenities are very nice quality, the fragrance of personal care products are so aromatic and high quality. The outdoor showers are quite an experience! What makes this hotel the best of all are the welcoming and kind staff! Unmatched Hospitality, if you’re visiting Barcelona, you must stay at Hotel Neri!

This is a beautiful little refuge in the heart of Barca. The food, room, lobby, and staff were excellent. Their attention to detail and demeanor was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the Manager of the hotel Thomas, who was exceptionally gracious and attentive.

Hotel Neri is tucked in the heart of the gothic quarter and walking distance to many attractions (please keep this in mind when dealing with luggage as taxi through the alleyways are generally not permitted). A very beautiful and quaint hotel overlooking a historic courtyard, I couldn’t be more happy. Huge shout out to Mauro and Thomas for making my stay at Hotel Neri a special one!

This is the most amazing hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights and we had the greatest time. Upon arrival, staff was so kind and truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was the best. Thomas kindly brought us to our room and ensured we were acquainted with all of the features. We cleaned up and walked outside and he noticed we were looking for a restaurant and trying to get our bearings of the area. He personally walked us to a great local sandwich spot. We ate dinner at the attached restaurant- the food was so good it actually brought me to tears. Service also exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic as well. We had an early departure the day we were leaving. The front desk staff offered to have breakfast to go made for us and put together quite the take away bag with plenty of food and coffee. Room was fantastic, with all of the amenities you’d expect plus some lovely additions (wine, GREAT shower, amazing soaps). Location perfect with so many great restaurants around and within walking distance to all of the main Barcelona sights.

I booked another 5 star hotel in Barcelona and when I arrived I could not believe that they were able to call it a 5 star hotel because it was just terrible. I was able to change my reservation to Hotel Neri and I'm so glad because this is an actual 5 star hotel, very clean nice rooms in the best part of Barcelona. The staff is the best I have ever seen. Each member of hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. They booked restaurant and flamenco reservations, and they even recommended other great hotels to stay in the South of Spain.

We had the most magical honeymoon stay at Hotel Neri. The location is perfect and facilities are beautiful, quaint and full of character. The staff are so nice and helpful. The rooftop terrace is peaceful and the breakfast is wonderful. Cannot recommend more.

From the moment Thomas greeted me with a smile to assist with my luggage from the nearby square, to the moment I departed, I had a wonderful time at Hotel Neri. Extremely comfortable rooms, friendly staff and amazing history. The hotel is perfectly located amongst literally hundreds of cafes and shops, and only a two minute walk to La Rambla. I can’t wait to return on my next visit to Barcelona.

Hotel Neri was an excellent choice for me and my husband’s stay in Barcelona. It was our first time visiting the city, so we felt like the gothic quarter was a great location for this. Despite the huge crowds and tourists that flocked the gothic quarter during our time here, Hotel Neri felt quiet and like it was in our own private area. All staff members were friendly and helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond. The “a bar” was a great restaurant for both food and drinks. The rooftop pool was cute and a great place to hang out and relax after a long day of exploring the city. Our hotel room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Barcelona!

The hotel is beautiful, the location is top notch and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. If you have a chance to stay here (which I 100% recommend), do yourself a favor and get to know Thomas. He is an extremely hard worker and a delight to be around. He will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is truly top notch. He not only was full of recommendations, but he also managed to get us last minute dinner reservations at a very popular restaurant in town.

Stayed for 2 exceptional nights and were quite sad to be leaving this oasis. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and welcomed with a glass of cava to enjoy while checking in. The staff was by far the most friendly and easy to work with I have ever encountered and were always excited to interact with and eager to help. Of special note was Thomas who not only acquainted us with our room but saw us later on leaving to see the city (and clearly looking lost) and took it upon himself to introduce us and show us around at a local restaurant nearby. The room was perfect with a cozy amount of room for two and all the amenities one could hope for. A comfortable bed, luxury features (try the towel warmer), fantastic soaps, spacious shower, and quaint balcony were all integrated well giving this historic quarter a welcomed modern feel. A complimentary bottle of local wine was waiting for us upon arrival as well. The location of this hotel is beyond compare and you will be glad to see so many of the famous Barcelona sights within easy walking distance. Express interest in venturing further and the staff is more than willing to help in any way possible to include taxi/train questions. Now for the restaurant. Located downstairs, this culinary getaway will rival any other gastronomic destination this city has to offer. Ensure you don’t make the same mistake as us by eating here early in your stay. We ate on the last evening and were sad to not have another night to try more menu options. Truly a highlight of our time in Barcelona. I could go on and on, but rather than waste your precious time reading about my experience I encourage you to book this hotel and base your own adventure here - you will not be disappointed. Thank you again to the staff of Hotel Neri for making my stay in Barcelona extra enjoyable.

The stay at Hotel Neri was fantastic and one of the best parts of our trip to Barcelona. Rooms were fantastic, the decor was interesting, the bar, terrace, and rooftop pool made every moment fun and new. The team at Neri helped with all of our requests including scheduling covid tests, rides, guides, recommendations, and the bartenders even remembered our orders. The hotel was in a fantastic location and felt even more safe as they have a lock system and only allow in guests. Special thanks to Thomas for making the stay special and making us feel special at Hotel Neri.

Stunning hotel and excellent service. Location couldn't be better. Hotel interior is lovely. Breakfast was superb. Truly a 5 star experience. Staff were brilliant also, specially Thomas who is a great character. Pool on the roof was also really great.

Hotel Neri Relais was incredible. I stayed for 5 days in March and wish I could have extended even further! The room was incredible – it was perfectly located, very well designed, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Not to mention, upon check-in I was greeted with a welcome drink and a bottle of wine to enjoy throughout my stay. Thomas, in particular, was probably one of the best humans I've had the chance to interact with. He helped me throughout my stay, remembered my name, and greeted me each time I came down to the lobby AND he literally RAN with me to find a taxi and was the only reason I made it to my train. Seriously – I would come back even just for Thomas. Lastly, the breakfast, bar & food were fantastic. The bar staff, the room service, the complimentary breakfast – divine. Even though my partner couldn't join me for the trip, as a solo traveler I had an incredible time and will MOST definitely be coming back soon.

Hotel Neri is fantastic. Thomas and all the staff are all extremely accommodating. We had an excellent restaurant recommendation and were able to get last minute reservations. The rooms are large, comfortable, and extremely well soundproofed. Something that's hard to come by in the hearts of old European cities. Lobby restaurant is great, parking is near by, nothing not to like about this place.

I stayed here my first time in Barcelona and let me tell you, I will definitely be staying here again! From the minute I walked in, the staff was welcoming, warm, and friendly. Thomas was so helpful and pleasant. I stayed in one of the apartments and it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a week. I had no complaints and no problems. It was also in a perfect location.

Oh. My. Word. I genuinely cannot recommend this place highly enough. We spent 4 nights and nothing about our stay disappointed us. It’s not a home from home - that place was sooooo much better than our home. Staff could not do more to make our stay comfortable- their level of pride and commitment to their work is impressive. Reception staff super welcoming and attentive to every need. Beds incredibly comfortable. Room was spacious and airy and just the right temperature. The location is out of this world: bang in the middle of the old town the beauty of Barcelona is literally on the doorstep. Food was exquisite. Breakfast a straight 10/10 (try the French toast!). Honestly, the best money spent so far in 2022 and by far the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time (or even ever). Yes it’s pricier but you get what you pay for: a high-end stay with a staff attentive to your every need.
