Stunning variety of crystals , decorative items and Jewlery pieces. The staff offer such a genuine warm welcome and are incredibly helpful if you are new to working with crystals in your life. They also sell various books to guide you. My husband picked a medium selenite orb on wooden stand and I selected a large & stunning piece of Amethyst on a thin Bamboo stand. I also bought my best friend a quartz and brushed gold necklace. Both personal items look stunning in our home and bring us the right energy required from them. My friends gift was well received and she loves wearing it! I have since told my friends about Crystal Dreams and they plan to visit to shop soon. I can’t wait to return when I am back in town!

Such a great store and a wonderful experience. My daughters wanted to get some crystals for themselves and the staff were so helpful. They explained which ones would be perfect for the feeling my kids were looking to have. It was such a sweet experience, that I know we will be back again soon.

I walked into the shop without any greeting or acknowledgment. The customer behind me received a warm hello and was tended to. I was there for at least 20 minutes before I was asked if I needed help. A few others migrated in and was also accommodated. However they didn’t look like me.. a black women. I saw things I liked but took my business to a nearby herbal shop that has crystals because they greet me warmly and ask if I need help. I wasn’t going to post this but it’s actually important that I do.

My top favourite place in Montreal to buy gemstones, incense (not mention their pristine sage), and essentials oils. The only thing better than their crystals is the friendliness of literally all the staff. I’ll definitely be coming back here soon and frequently! 😍

I’ve been to this particular store several times when in Montreal and I really love it. They have very high-quality stones and nice staff who were very helpful to me as I was new to crystals at the time. It’s in a really cute old building as well with a charming café underneath. I wanted to take advantage of the boxing week sale and took a chance on buying online and shipping it across the country. I was really pleased with all the items they selected for me (mind you I did ask if they could email me some choices of each item so that I could be part of the selection process) which they were very kind to oblige. (Except for the black protection pendants, as they all look the same.) They packaged everything really well and it arrived quickly. Thank you so much and can’t wait to go in person again!

This is the perfect store if you are looking to add or start a crystal collection. There are so many beautiful crystals and stones as well as pendants, rings, necklace, etc.. I am a huge believer in all things astrology, crystals and moonstones. I have so many oracle cards and crystals and I’m always looking to adding to my collection and this was the perfect store. The staff is also amazing! They are so kind and patient and they are so helpful.

I love this store a lot, it’s my go to store to buy crystals. The workers are all nice and very welcoming. The place itself is very calming and pretty. I have been following Crystal Dreams on social media for 4+ years and finally got to visit their store yesterday and it did not disappoint! There was an amazing selection of crystals, incense, books, card decks and more.. The staff was very helpful and bilingual so I didn't feel worried asking questions! I'm happy with my purchases and looking forward to coming back next time :)

This shop is beautiful and has so many selections of crystals and incenses. They always welcome you with a smile and the ambiance is relaxing. This shout out goes to Sam for being an exceptional worker and human. She was kind, funny, knowledgeable and very approachable. She honestly made me feel a lot better by giving me tips and tricks to my sister and I. Not only was Sam welcoming, so was the rest of the staff. I will definitely be coming back.

The employees there are really nice! I kept asking questions I’m sure they get asked everyday yet they answered with enthusiasm. I ended up buying a bracelet for my mama and she couldn't be happier with it ! The most welcoming crystal shop iv ever been in !

The place is lovely. It feels very calming. There is a lot of crystal you can choose. You can also buy jewelry or guides about the meaning of each crystal. It is overall a nice shop to go to if you are a fan of crystals.

It was my first time going to a crystal store and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They also have a wide selection of different types of crystals. Me and my friend was on a one week trip to Montreal when I randomly came across this store while searching for places to visit. I was quite drawn to the energy and charm of the crystals and it was my first time buying crystals in person at a store. They have a variety of high quality gemstones, crystals and other metaphysical supplies. I ended up buying a lot of them, mostly rare crystals that are hard to find locally. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Samantha was a sweetheart and she shared a lot of information regarding the goods that we purchased. I definitely would come back to Montreal just to visit this place again.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted warmly by one workers. She was extremely helpful and guided me to another worker who was highly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect gift for my wife. The entire staff there are on point and make you feel comfortable especially if you are a newbie to precious stones. They have everything you need to balance all sorts of energies...just ask! I had the best experience at this location! I had previously visited the Pierrefonds location (which was also amazing!). My boyfriend and I spent the weekend in downtown Montreal, and as an avid crystal collector, I searched crystal stores near me, and was so excited to see a Crystal Dreams not far from where we were staying! Upon entering, they took my purse to the front to hold onto, which was actually wonderful, because I am super clumsy and definitely would have knocked something over with it. The staff were super friendly and continually asked us if we needed any help finding anything. The prices are amazing, and they have such a large variety of crystals, all coming in different shapes and sizes. Their pieces are beautiful and of the utmost quality! When checking out, one of the staff members chatted with us about our stay in Montreal (we are from Cornwall) and we had a great talk! We chatted about the subway and what we should do next time we are in the area. We absolutely loved every second we were at this store, and we are very much looking forward to visiting their third location in Laval! Thank you Crystal Dreams staff for the best experience :)

I'll keep this short and to the point. I went with my friend, who has relatively recently gotten into crystals. Crystal Dreams has a nice atmosphere, wide selection of crystals and friendly staff. A special shout-out to Sophie who was kind enough to walk around and chat with us. She was very patient and told us a lot about the history of various crystals. She also had some excellent suggestions in terms of crystals my friend should look at. Amazing experience! I went to the store knowing what I wanted but when I had a few questions about crystals, this amazing young woman named Sam helped me. She answered all my questions with ease and helped me understand a lot more about the crystals I had chosen and helped me choose others. She is very knowledgeable and kind and sweet. I will 100% be coming back in the near future. Cute shop, very clean, very organized and the staff was extremely helpful.

I stopped by crystal dreams, (the one in Plateau), to see if there was anything that interested me, the staff was super nice and friendly. Ren helped me select and choose the crystals I'd like to buy from the benefits I wanted. He was very detailed on explaining the help of crystals and which would meet the expectations I was expecting. He was very nice and it was one of the best experiences I had whilst visiting Montreal. The overall aura I got from the store was so overwhelmingly nice and respectful, arguably the best crystal store I have been to.

Wonderful store and staff! As soon as we went in the store, a polite staff member kindly greeted us and informed us not to hesitate to ask him questions or if we needed any help. Then they leave you alone to do your shopping, but staff is not too far in case you need help. I am impressed with how polite and knowledgeable the staff is. From the moment I walked in, Laurent and his staff were so warm and helpful. I suggest coming early when they open, with fewer clients there they can take the time to guide you towards what you need. Aside from the staff being exceptional, there’s so much variety and amazing quality crystals. Loved my experience here.

This store was amazing! I’m personally not into crystal and went with friends, but the employees there made the experience so fun ! They are super welcoming and complimented us the whole time we were there about our outfit and even told me and my partner that we were cute :) even though I didn’t know anything about crystal, there are labels everywhere to guide you!
