I have been a loyal customer of MySkin Eastland clinic for years (since around 2017) and with my recent treatments, I purchased a product that I no longer need, so before opening the packaging I came back the very next day to get a refund, which I was denied. This was also my first and only refund request with MySkin. The issue has now been dragging out for 3 weeks as they keep telling me someone named Deanna will call me back (which she has not done once) to resolve this. Which has only made my experience more frustrating. They refuse to take back the product and provide me with a refund but insist I sign this document. It’s such a shame their customer service has declined and although it brings me so much anxiety, I have to go back there 5 more times for treatment, and sadly I cannot wait for my experiences with them to be over.

Tess has been absolutely incredible with the treatment of my skin and took the time to explain each step of the peel process and also provided some recommendations on products which would suit my skin.

I was treated by Anita for cosmetic injectables and had a wonderful experience. She was kind, professional and extremely gentle. I will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her. Thanks so much.

If I could give more stars I would! I have been going to Eastland my skin clinic for over a year now, for both Lazer hair removal and more recently skin needling. The girls are always SO helpful, and they really care about making sure you get the best experience and have all the information you need to get the most out of your treatment. Stacey and Paige have always been amazingly helpful with advice and fitting me in at the last moment, but the whole team is amazing and I cannot recommend them enough!

Seray is amazing and very personal and makes me feel so welcomed and give’s great advice for after care.. can’t recommend her more!! Thanks my skin clinics😊

I have been coming to this clinic for skin treatments (peelings). Skin treatments make my skin feel great and always feel glowing few days after…also, Stacey who does my treatments, is so beautiful and gentle. So half of the reason that i keep going back to this clinic is Stacey. She is a star. My mum also tries skin treatments here and 100% happy.

Had my laser treatment with Shardae. I don't usually do reviews but this lady definitely deserves one. Extremely professional, explained everything and very thoroughly which I really liked. She works over several sites and I would definitely travel to have her do my treatments in the future.
