I loved my Groupon haircut (trying to keep growing hair) and totally agree with Jannette Caya's review below. And I will come back again. I'd like to add that Australia is a multicultural society and largely built on immigrants' labour and it is not just us foreigners who have to adapt to the English but also the English need to respect and be tolerant of cultural peculiarities now and then. Rather try to understand and not judge. I was initially cautious about going after checking ALL the reviews and seeing many good and many awful ones and the awful ones smell of prejudice & inadequacy. If entertainment is crucial, go to circus. If you want to pour your soul out, go to psychologist. Finally, if you need a tea or coffee, please go to a cafe. Please respect that your local hairdresser is a human & their job is similar to that of a dentist or tailor or you. If you need a good job done, and this is my personal preference, I like my hairdresser to focus 100% on my hair & dont expect them to be entertaining or feeding me. I appreciate there was no shallow chit chat & fake interest. Nemo wore a mask. There was no smell of smoke as someone wrote before. Perhaps he quit. Washing hair was done with good temperature water & he communicated well. Hairdryer was not burning which is great. When booking, I asked what time is less busy and got good amount to time spent on my hair with no time pressure. Yes the place is located in an outdoor shopping mall & is not Ritzy but it is totally ok for me and I hope many others, given the price & excellent quality of cut. It was clean & I am sure will get better with time & good customers. Support your local business & be kind and more considerate to one another. Thanks for reading! Ana

Got my daughters hair cut here today. He charged me more because it took him longer, even though I was quoted 60 for both my children. Unprofessional, and made me brush my daughters hair. Not friendly at all. DO NOT COME HERE. There was no mis understanding, just rudeness.

I have been wanting a layered haircut for so long and finally I found a hairdresser that actually did it perfectly! Lots of other hairdressers try a feathered hair cut when I’ve asked for layered instead. So thank you thank you so much for a beautiful layered cut and hair treatment. Also for letting me in without booking in advance 😊 My hair looks amazing!

Not good. I went there for a hair cut but never go back again because the owner kept sneezing and sniffling all the time. He was wearing a mask but I did not feel comfortable as he was so close to me. He is not skilful as a hairdresser, my hair was just chopped straight, no layers even though I asked (I have really thick hair).

I had permanent hair straightening on my hair yesterday, and I am very, very happy with the result. I am so glad that I found this hair dressing salon on Google. Nemo is very nice and friendly, and he is very skilled and knows what he is doing. He did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend him.

He was fantastic. Can't believe all the horrible reviews below. He made sure to take the time to understand what I wanted, and then took his time to ensure quality of work (I had full head foils and toner and cut) I was impressed as he didn't cut corners like a lot of other hairdressers with toner. And was willing to negotiate reasonable return price - definitely recommend and will be back 👌
