Have a lunch here enjoying the view, then go to Sky High for some coffee (entrance fee applies), and then head to the Dandenon Ranges Botanical Gardens (closes at 5pm) for a walk. Perfect plan for a good time.

A nice place to go and view the sunrise and the sunset. We also saw some wild rabbits there. If you go during sunset you can hear kookaburras laughing away. It's a very nice place to relax and unwind and get away from the busy city life.

If you are on your way to sky high Dandenong then this place is a good place to stop by, it’s roughly a km away from there and gives quite a beautiful view of the Silvan Dam

Incredible lookout spot with an awesome scenic view. Simply park your car facing the lookout, and you can enjoy the view right from your car or step out for an even better view.

The map didn't take us to the barbecue and walking paths. The paths although beautiful were often very steep and did not feel safe walking in runners. My partner had our dog on a leash, but our dog pulled on the lead as he started going down a slop. My partner ended up slipping and losing his balance going downhill and taking a ride on the dog backwards as he fell. He also ran into another man walking his dog at the bottom of the slop. We gave up and walked back. The conditions were dry, so I can't imagine how slippery it would get in wet weather.

Great view, but not much else about it. Could use some seats or a BBQ.

Wonderful spot to view sunrise. Also lovely in any weather or time of day as spectacular views unless clouded in. Good base to walk to SkyHigh or Olinda falls.

Gorgeous view. The trees around this lookout are stunning. I come up here to do writing sometimes, it calms me to be up here.

Both Silvan Dam & it's lookout a few KMs away were amazing places to visit if in the area. Picturesque, lush & serene, with hiking trails that lead to some lovely views of the surrounds.

Awesome spot to park up and view the constellations at night. Quiet enough to hear all surroundings, beautiful enough to spend hours there.
