It was our first time ever cherry picking and we absolutely loved it! The staff were all very obliging and delightfully nice! Anybody who asks for a recommendation will only ever get Lanidale from me :) 100/10 will be back!

A genuinely down-to-earth family-owned cherry orchard, openly sharing information with u-pick visitors about the increased cherry splitting due to weather conditions (even so I still managed to pick 2kg big and sweet cherries!). Their prices are quite reasonable compared to others. What made my visit truly delightful was the immediate and dedicated response from Rachel and her boys when I mentioned losing my sunglasses in the u-pick section. Despite it being after hours, they promptly searched and found them for me. I'm immensely grateful for their kindness and felt touched by their genuine willingness to treat my concerns as their own. Special thanks to Rachel and her boys. Additionally, a very kind and warm young man offered to help my family capture a memorable photo!

My family and I had a fantastic experience here today. The staff were welcoming and trees were fruitful. Prices are reasonable and they have a nice picnic shaded spot for you to relax under. No bookings required which is a plus! Highly recommend!

This is one of the best Cherries orchard we ever visited. No time limit and you can stay as long as you want. While for other orchard you have to choose time slot and waiting in queue. Entry fee is very reasonable. We spent a great time over there with family.

Best cherries in all of Victoria. Cherry Season is always super short and I love venturing down here when the cherries are ripe for the picking. The farm is owned/operated by the most friendly and down to Earth family you will ever meet. They will go out of their way to try and make every facet of your visit/experience as enjoyable as possible and have you leaving completely content.

I have been coming to Lanidale for years and have never been let down. The quality of their fruit is first class and their prices are very fair. Rachel and her team offer first class service and it is always a much looked forward to visit - generally twice each Christmas. The Yarra Valley has a fantastic growing environment and there are plenty of opportunities to get a large selection of locally grown produce. Lanidale offers a few varieties of cherries, both dark and light and they are so sweet. If growing conditions are favourable you might also be treated to some simply magnificent apricots - but there is no guarantee. I love this place and I'll be back again and again - as they say, "when you're on a good thing, stick to it".

No online booking required, but I would call in advance to see if they're open. The owner answered on the second ring. Adult entry $15, and it's $15/kg for the cherries. Lots of parking, very well run and the staff was actually genuinely friendly and helpful. Plus, was a bottle of sunblock to use at the entrance. Great experience and lots of sweet cherries to eat along the way.

Is a extremely friendly place to visit. We will given a private tour to the farm and taken many cherries photos. This is one place you rather should never miss.

Two years ago, I worked at Lanidale's cherry orchard. I have such great memories about Rachael and her family, they are so generous! The cherries are very tasty and juicy so you can trust her beyond doubt :) PS : Some souvenir photos about her farm below.

The owner lady is so lovely and friendly; she allowed us to pick the cherries even the picking season was ended. Recommend you guys should visit and maybe call them in advance for sure

We came here almost every year for Upick cherries. The cherries are always good. The people are always friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, this year the crop was damaged due to recent heavy rains and we understand that. It just took abit longer to fill up our buckets. No problems at all. Thank you for the yummy cherries. We had such a wonderful day on your farm.

Absolutely delicious. The cherries have been spectacular for years and the U-pick service is extraordinary - I’ve always felt welcome and even with the rain I’ve never failed to find the greatest cherries in the Wandin Valley!
