One of the better Target stores. At the West end of Bergen Town Center mall. Had good service experience in the electronics department by Joy and Alex setting up a newly purchased phone. Has a Starbucks inside. Parking can be a problem outside, however, parking is generally very available in the parking garage.

As a typical a Target store, it's large and has decent product mix and options. The prices are not necessarily budget friendly, but it's not super expensive either. Be sure to check the price of products before going to the counter. I don't know whether it's customers who pick an item and keep it in a different place or the staff don't check/ rearrange (maybe a combination of both), however, there were cases where the price tag on the shelf and the actual price of the product differed.

It has varieties of products for all needs. The employees were kindly to help. Good place to shop with family.

This Target location is part of the Bergan Town Shopping Mall with tons of other shops like Marshall's, Century 21, Whole Foods, Nike Outlet, and more. There's ample parking but the most convent spaces are often hard to come by. The store is most clean and they have restrooms by the entrance. The staff is professional and friendly although they could improve in their in-store pickup performance. Items for an online order can be stored in multiple locations, which is very odd. For my most recent store pickup, the store associated had to go to 3 different location to fetch items from my order and they still managed to miss 2 items because the way they arranged things made it hard for them to find.

There were 3 people behind the counter one person making drinks , one person was trying to stock because they didn't have any strawberry to make the strawberry cream Frap I wanted and the other "employee" did not want to be there .... It took all of 5 min for him to pull himself together and take my order....I guess that was all he could handle because as soon he was done with my order a group came on line and he had to take a break . I've NEVER had a bad experience at a Starbucks... Very disappointed 😞.

TERRIBLE SERVICES!!! Be careful with the prices! Many products are at the wrong place with a wrong price, and the cashier will tell you a different price. The manager of the cashier will show you a attitude like you want to trick them on the price of the product, no sorrys and only attitude. I got very upset of this place and they weren't care about it at all. Never gonna be there again.

This has got to be the worst store around the area, but the others aren’t much better. There are multiple cash registers, but they are all empty because only 2 are being serviced by employees. It’s great that there are plenty of self check out registers, but what good are they when there is an error every time an item is scanned and an employee has to come and fix the issue???? Not to mention the customer service/pickup/returns lines and service… slow and like I said NO EMPLOYEES EVER. I was there a few nights ago, like 9 pm thinking the lines won’t be long… they weren’t but a gentleman was waiting for customer service and so was I, to make a return. He was waiting about 15 mins before I got there and I waited about 5-10 mins before getting someone. That someone turned out to be a manager, and when I told her that there was someone walking around the customer service counter but completely ignored myself and that gentleman when we asked if she could help us, the manager said “she doesn’t work here.” Well that’s great, but it doesn’t look like she doesn’t when she was moving around items and wearing a red target vest.. regardless the manager took my return and told the other gentleman he has to wait for the “other order pickup employee”. He was livid and I would be too. She didn’t even help locate this man and didn’t look like she cared enough to want to help. Pure ignorance and disregard for their job. I’m not asking for anyone to give me royal treatment, just do that job that you signed the job contract for!

Do not shop here. Unless you want to wait for 1 of the 3 total cashiers (out of like 40 registers). Oh they turned the computers at 10 registers around so you could check yourself out. The other self-checkout computers, the newer ones, also have long lines. Those takes a long time as well because there always seems to be an issue with the computer and the worker has to help every person anyways. It is crazy that out of the 40 cash registers, 3 have cashier while the rest sit empty. And even now during Christmas shopping. Not only have prices gone up, but quality of service has gone way down. What a shame.

In-store experience here is awful. Unorganized, messy, and dirty. Customer service was fine, but trying to find anything here is nearly impossible. Stuff is opened with items missing, but the half-empty boxes remain on the shelves. The vitamins I was looking for were in 4 different locations across the store, none of which was next to the right price. Shelves are empty, but whatever is restocked gets put wherever. Order online for pickup if you really want to shop here.

We went to shop and got stopped by a pan handler with 2 children and another girl waiting. She said help me I am a refugee. I thought pan handling wasn’t allowed at Target also in Paramus. We entered to shop and your scanners were down and I asked for employee to help with a price.She gave me the price and didn’t even look my direction. What happened To Fast Fun And Friendly!!!????? We left and went to another store. Bye

Target is always my go-to shopping place when I need to get everything in one stop! The check out lines are typically long, but it moves along pretty steadily. 😊

The return policy on my receipt stated that it was a 90 day return policy. When I arrive to the store that was not the case. I didn’t mind doing an even exchange but because I used a coupon at the time of the purchase they would require me to pay the difference. I honestly don’t think an exchange works that way I should still have had my even exchange adjusted because the coupon should not make a difference and should also still apply to what I am swapping my item for especially if it is the same item. Target of Paramus needs to get it together.

The tech department always seems very helpful,, but I definitely think they need more help. It always seems like there is one person, or sometimes no one working there. I went for a baby registry here, and none of the aisle numbers matched anything on the registry. I literally felt like I was looking for baby things for an hour... and I felt no support. In fact, the printer was broken to print the registry, and I had limited service in the store and spotty wifi. I was so upset because I had even asked someone to help me get the registry on my phone because I didn't have my glasses so I couldn't type on the tablet the store had and the employee seemed to put in the wrong location. Maybe that's why none of the aisle numbers match the registry?

Waited over 25 minutes for an in store pickup. It kind of defeats the purpose of having in store pickup if customers have to wait longer than they would if they just go pick the items out themselves. Horrible experience. Poor management in this store. The store was not busy at all. The majority of customers were in the pickup line. Other employees were focused of folding clothes and working in other areas of the store. Management should cross train employees in other areas so management can react appropriately to customer flow

My cashier was Darryl, he is such an observant gentleman. He had to briefly step away from the register to take care of something, so polite, our brief conversation was cheerful. He apologized for me waiting. If all the cashiers could take note, be like Darryl. I would like him to be recognized, therefore my writing this review. It was very nice shopping here.
