I don’t even want to give one star to this place. I walked in and was assigned to some senior sales people , they were talking really sweet and cordial. Discussed the rate in the beginning itself and then ventured into sorting out my choices with a promise from them that they will give better discount after finalizing. So I had finalized my choices and was about to buy even for a little higher price. However then came Mr.Manager he is EXTREMELY RUDE , which is hurtful. I had pointed out that to him and told him that I can come back later if it’s a closing time and end of day for them. They had insisted me to stay back as they want to sell but the manger continued to be really rude and had NO courtesy towards his customers. I think he has to bring down his arrogance and learn from his subordinates on how to behave with fellow human beings at first. Nobody is forcing him to do business nor sell anything for that sake !

Not sure how they got this high rating. Worst experience in the shop. Requested for breakup like making/wastage charges/stone rate etc., they are not ready to give. Manager behaved harshly when requested for details. Better to go to some branded shops.

They have very bad customer service and I would never come to them. Beware people you guys will get better price in other jewelry store! Ok first all, you totally misunderstood why I am disappointed by you guys . Do you think i would be upset for $10 difference?! I was upset because the people who gifted us were Muslim and you did not notify them that the ring which was in om sign that it was a Hindu religion sign. You guys just sold it to them like that for your business. Even though they did not have idea of the price you charged them $93 per gram which is ridiculous. You guys should give a reasonable price for a piece item!

This store has a very good collection of gold and diamond Jewelry. We have been here multiple times and it’s the best in the area. Alekhya was our sales person and she is incredible. Vishal is a wonderful customer oriented person. Checkout has been very quick after the purchase. Will definitely visit again.

Some of the elderly sales people are extremely rude. We visited the store for some necklaces and we had to leave for an urgent work in the middle. Even though we had informed the staff before leaving, when we returned 4 different staffs told us that you had left in the middle and you had wasted our time. They kept on repeating the same things and were not ready to show the items. I have been to this store many times and always received great customer experiences from the staffs and manager. I bought many items but after last experience, we are not going back. They need to fix their sales team, specifically the elderly lady who always makes you feel that she is doing a favor by showing you the items. Update 07/22/23- Spoke to their store manager and they explained about the parking situation that’s going on in the area. Fully satisfied and went back to the store and received great customer service. Revised to 5 star.

Don’t buy from them online. They are NOT trust worthy. Sales people from this shop just lie very confidently. Please be aware of the scams. If you don’t have good knowledge about jewelry pricing, you will fall into their trap.

Stepped in there with very little knowledge about a Diamond 💎 and essentially a diamond ring 💍 but Mr. Bobby was great! He first explained me what to look for and what to stay away from. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. My brother got the exact ring he was looking for for his soon-to-be fiancé and our experience through it was smooth because of the staff there. Me and my wife went there in November. I wanted to gift her a neckless for her push present. The staff was so amazing to accommodate. The lady quickly assessed our need and taste, and started showing the pieces accordingly. The manager, Vishal, was very kind, professional and pleasant person to deal with. Even though all of their sales associates were yelling his name to close the deals, he took out time to talk to us and helped my wife decide what suits her best. We shopped around looking for better pricing and collection in that area, but trust me when I say this, save yourself time and check out their collection first.
